Staff were friendly and room really clean

other similar hotels offer use of facilities or breakfast in the price. So very expensive for what you actually get.

The bed was super comfortable. Room was spotless. Grounds amazing. Friendly staff

Comfortable bed and room

I was going to have breakfast on my first morning, but I waiting for 13 minutes without being seen despite a conversation being had about general vegan foods being had between a customer and member of staff. I therefore, had to leave due to time constraints. The next day was much better and the breakfast was very good.

It was quiet, the room was clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant.

The food was great but it was a bit pricey and there was nowhere else near to get something to eat so had no choice of where .

The spa and spa staff were lovely

It was impossible to get a coffee or food from the restaurant or sports bar as certain times. There was never anyone there to assist us.Also the bathroom was quite dated, the bath tub didn’t drain properly and the toilet was leaking from the back.

Comfortable room and quiet stay for a good night's sleep. Great gym and spa facilities.

Location a little distant from Norwich.

The place was well kept and very clean, staff were very freindly and accomodating.

The room was a little cold for my liking, the system wouldn't let me increase the temperature.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed huge and comfortable. Room clean and had everything we needed. We ate in the Sports Bar which met our expectations and was lovely. Had a few drinks and enjoyed the lovely lounge area. We added on a nice swim, sauna, steam which added that bit more relaxation to our break.

The pool and changing room area could benefit from a little update. Things like some lose tiles, lockers not working etc.

Room was big enough, the superior room on the photos is what you end up with, probably not worth upgrading your room

Parking facilities, staff, gym and spa

I had to check out at 11am and I didn’t get to the area until about midnight so wasn’t able to use gym or spa etc but the room was nice

Quiet location, large room, the breakfast options and quality of food.

● View - I had such a fantastic view during my breakfast, watching the sunrise.● Parking - Close to the hotel.● Staff - Very outgoing and polite.

● £25 for breakfast is a bit expensive.● WiFi - constantly disappearing. It's like The X-Files; the connection is somewhere close.● Sockets in room - no socket next to the bed for phone charging, or no USB socket. It's not a big deal, just a bit uncomfortable.● When I arrived (Sunday 15:00), I was told that the swimming pool would not be available from 15:30 - 17:00 due to children. In the description, it says adults only, and there wasn't any information about that. Again, it is a bit inconvenient, which leaves you a window from 17:00 till 19:00.

It’s in a beautiful setting, particularly if you play golf. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were lovely and fluffy.

To go between the rooms and the rest of the hotel you have to go through an open courtyard, not great if it’s raining!

Bathroom high bath incredibly tricky to get in and out of. Appearance furniture all brown made things look dim and lighting poor.

Lovely setting, comfortable accommodation and nice lounge with log fire. Good bar food and service.

Expensive breakfast and dinner in restaurant. Shame having to walk outside to get from bar/lounge to bedrooms. Bedroom needs an uplift.

Rural location, choice of eateries, good food, nice staff, lovely room and comfortable bed.

If I had to be really picky - the pool was a bit cold and not big enough - but that’s been really fussy.

Lovely relaxed quiet luxury vibe with everything to make your stay comfortable including clean nicely set gym and sauna and pool. Set in lovely grounds /golf course. Array of bar settings and lovely brasserie.

The location was close enough to wymondham to be convenient but the quiet and charm of being in the countryside.Rooms comfortable, clean and everything we required within our room The staff were so welcoming and very helpful

Nothing, I didn’t realise breakfast would have been included had we booked directly rather than through a booking site. So next time I will book direct (I will stay again)

Had to pay extra occupancy for 2 people, had to pay extra £40 for breakfast, had to pay extra £15 to use the swimming pool.
