Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the George Hotel BW Signature in Norwich. The hotel is charming and well-maintained, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Our room was clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night’s sleep.Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options and well-prepared dishes. The location is ideal, close to Norwich city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants.Overall, the George Hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and attentive service.

Intermittent noise from neighboring bathroom!

Lovely rooms and well decorated throughout the hotel.

Some stairs needed to reach our room- wasn’t a problem for us but could be for those with mobility issues.

I'm struggling to think of anything,

Premium price without a premium experience. The whole place is rundown and tired. The executive room was tiny, frankly a budget hotel feel to the place. Staff were disinterested and unhelpful. It was a special occasion for me and my wife which will forever be remembered for the terrible hotel.

The bar was not great, the room was small and quite basic despite me paying extra for an 'executive' room.

Located in a very nice part of the city and not too far out from centre, so possible to walk in. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. On arrival, receptionist Helen’s greeting was extremely warm and friendly and there was no issue requesting an alternative room. The breakfast was excellent and again, staff very helpful- particularly Ian/ and nothing was too much trouble.

Not the best soundproofing in the rooms.

Staff especially in the bar/restaurant were lovely.The location and set up of the hotel was great. The restaurant bar area being open 24 hours was a novelty although we didn't need it. Easy free car parking.

We found our room comfortable but rather small for a couple. It was a bit decoratively rough around the edges with a lot of visible cracks in the wall The shower head could do with descaling as some of the water was blocked.We don't like Aircon so didn't use it. But to have the windows open was rather noisy with strange buzzing noises. Earplugs helped!Mentioned to reception on leaving, there was no herbal tea in the room which seemed strange as it's fairly standard with any tea/coffee making.

The hotel was in a great location. It had extremely helpful staff and a very comfortable room plus parking. Really lovely food, both breakfasts and evening meal. Great flexibility for booking in for meals.

Room fine, the girl on reception and the boys behind the bar were top drawer. Great food, would defo stay again. Well done team ??

Very comfortable room, friendly staff and good restaurant

Nothing!

Reported a defective shaver socket on first day. Again on third day as it hadn’t been rectified. Still had not been repaired on leaving.Couple of below par meals during stay.

Waited 45 minutes for our meal in the Bistro no explanation no more drinks suggested. Bed was really soft and seemed old room was very small. Car park very small and due to a function on Thursday evening we had to get a staff member to move their car as no spaces and need a permit to park on the street.
