NORTHING!!! Such a dreadful experience. The bathroom has mould and the carpet is dirty. We ordered breakfast but nothing was laid for continental breakfast. Just a couple of apples. No staff present on arrival at breakfast as he was sat in the toilet situated right by the dinning area for a long time. His excuse was that, he had just returned from annual leave which is why the place was not set. We ordered a flat white and got a watered down black Americano.Not good value for money absolute poor service. Won't be returning and certainly wouldn't recommend

Everything! The staff were so lovely and polite, the room was extremely comfortable and the shower was lush

I didn’t like the fact that the ceiling was so close to the bed and hit my head a few times

Excellent hotel, staff very helpful, great location, coffee, tea, juices and snacks in room. Breakfast is vegan but there is a cafe over the road that does an excellent full English. Enjoyed our stay

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower wow could've stayed in there all night. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, just up the road from the station with bus stops into town nearby (although not a long walk if the weather is nice). The staff were lovely and the room was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed with extra pillow. Large shower with good water pressure. We were very happy!

The drinks tray was well stocked with soft drinks and snacks.

My room was so clean!! The building was peacefully quiet.

Well you get what you pay for. It’s a budget hotel . It’s a great hotel for just an overnight get your head down.

Parking can be a little issue ,and breakfast options although plenty of places in Norwich if you want a full cooked english breakfast

Bathroom was terrible....the shower to close too the bathroom sink... and that is a hazard....

The staff are friendly. The location is excellent. The Revado is great value for money.

Nice size room and ensuite and clean but a bit tired.

No mirror in the bedroom.

Close to City Centre, friendly staff who helped us on arrival with parking queries etc. Didn't use other facilities, for the price we paid we got what we expected.

It's a bit dated and in need of some repairs/replacements. Some of curtains were ripped for example. You get what you pay for so not unexpected.
