Location and parking is great

It’s looking a little tired.

The property was very well kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

For the amount of money paid, Atleast breakfast should’ve been included. The price for breakfast was outrageous for the amount of options and the quality of it. The pool area could’ve stayed open a little longer. There was nothing to offer on TV as well, that to me was the worst thing, as someone who like to relax with the TV, this was very important to me. Also no drinks/ beverages were available to purchase outside of the bar.

we had a great stay for my 65 birthday the room and breakfast were great the staff very friendly

the room could have done with a deep clean maybe sack the cleaners and get people in who can do the job or send them to specksavers

comfy room friendly staff god breakfast This is an ideal location for us as it it very near to family we have nearby, The accommodation offers us a convenient location to access all our family who live near by. Its staff are very friendly and helpful and the facilities are very good

Nothing really maybe an extra pillow for those of us who like or need 2 pillows

Very close to where I needed to be. Quiet room, large comfortable bed.

Although it was very clean the hotel is clearly dated. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant but a limited menu is served in the bar, however the tables in the bar are very low so eating is not comfortable. The staff were all very young, and while they were all perfectly pleasant, it wasn’t a ‘luxury’ stay as you might expect of somewhere so grand

The place is like an oven with no ventilation in the room. We had to open our window and were kept awake past midnight because of an onsite party. Drinks in the bar are prohibitively expense.

Reception staff.Told me food will be served upto 8:30pm in the restaurant but you can still order food at the Bar after that time.Went to bar at 9pm. No food! Closes 8:30, the same time as the restaurant, so I didn't have any dinner because of this

room very comfortable staff very friendly breakfast very good lovely area . we had to stay as it was my sisters funeral and it would not have been practical to do it in a day. The staff were very helpful and friendly

The stairs but they were okay but both of us have mobility problems but the receptionist did change our room so we only had to go up 1 flight of stairs which we appreciated greatly. that was it really

Lovely reception area, quiet pool in the morning

Rooms were extremely hot even with the window open, having an open window meant hearing the excessive noise which went on till the early hours of the morning, rooms need some TLC/updating - bed was not very comfortable. Overall quite expensive for what was provided

It was not clean - the rooms and facilities need updating.Would not recommend having food there, it was not great.

We loved our stay! The room was spacious and a little bit old school (which we liked). The window looked out over the golf course and there were always lots of rabbits nibbling away at the grass whenever we looked out.We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sauna and it wasn't too crowded, even though we were there at a weekend.The staff were friendly and there were nice touches around such as free iced water. The breakfast was plentiful and good and there were nice views of the garden from the restaurant.

Some might find the decor a little dated, but it didn't bother us.

The elevator and corridors were dirty, stained and quite dated.Room was not cleaned after our first night.

Had a pool, which appeared to us but just thoroughly let down by this one, place has dropped off since I last visited.

The rooms weren’t clean, it was weathered, not suitable for families with young kids. Crib was worn out, beer on walls, elevator just dirty, black mold on windows, condensation inside.

Nice spacious grounds and facilities

Tiny room, furthest away from reception and dining area up 3 flights of stairs with baggage not fun. Tiny room with no air, window only opened 5 inches , room far too hot.

Quality of food was good.

Hot drink making facilities. Kettle provided in room, 2 x sachets of decaffeinated coffee and 6 sachets of UHT milk. Any possibility of tea bags, hot chocolate even coffee with caffeine? No. Breakfast was 7am. My colleagues and I needed to leave quite early, but with a 7am breakfast, we could just about be on time. We booked for 7am as this was the process the hotel use. 7.10am, doors finally open with what seemed like half the hotel waiting to be let in. Some items from the buffet soon went as we filtered in, we left the hotel later than planned.Judging by the amount of work logo's on clothing, this hotel is used by many business people. I have business nearby that will see me regularly visiting the area and I will not stay here again. It is not business orientated. Seems to be more geared up to the golf club clientele with later start times.

Bathroom wasn't clean. Towels were stained and had other people's hair in them.
