Lovely decor. Simple but classic throughout. Private and central in location - would recommend!

Although the room was above the pub, there was no real noise and when closed it was silent. You also benefit from a separate door to access the rooms and on site parking for staying guests. The area was very quiet too.Our room was perfectly clean, comfortable and the breakfast (cereals, croissants, jams, juice, water, milk, tea, coffee) was plentyful. Note they do not serve breakfast at the pub. A mixture of ages in the pub, ranging from students to pensioners. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff very attentive in all areas. We can't recommend the food in the pub enough. Amazing.Definitely recommend and will return again.

Room was nice, clean and tidy. Breakfast was adequate croissants butter jam milk tea coffee and boxed cereals.

Bed was a little small but that's just us.

A really lovely pub! they had a quiz night on the night we stayed and the pub was full to bursting, luckily they had advised us to get in early if we wanted to eat and stay for some food which again excellent!

It was a good location it was a short walk from the sites in Norwich

The property is a pub, with a 4 rooms above. It is neighbourhood pub and so noise level never went on late. Although in a very narrow street, there was very good off-street parking. The evening meals at the bar were good, at a fair price. The bathroom/shower was good as well. Acceptable, but not a large room.

Despite what is said on Booking.com, the breakfast was disappointing. A small 'continental' of corn flakes and pre-packaged croissants. The coffee was good from a pod machine. Also, a little further out of Norwich than is suggested. Walking is much too far.

We stayed in room 1 and the bed though comfortable was very creaky. Towels were clean but could do with being replaced as rather frayed and not white anymore!

We really liked the decor of the room, big windows etc. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great, all that we needed really. The staff member at the pub downstairs showed us our room and was really friendly. We enjoyed a drink in the pub, again a really nice space. Would definately recommend, great value for money and would stay again. Thankyou.

Everything was great, the only thing was trying to get the coffee maker to work, we failed! Fortunately we'd brought our own coffee!

Good location, 20min walk into the city. Private entrance. Dedicated parking, although a little tight. Nice big clean room. Pub closes early so no noise issue. Breakfast basket in room was good for us.

Room was very spacious. Heating effective. Had everything we needed. Continental breakfast was ready in the room. Coffee machine in the room nice touch you pay more for in most places. Staff very friendly. Street is residential and extremely quiet during the night.

The place is very nice, clean room. Staff are polite. After pub closes place is very quite. Molly I believe her name was, was amazing thank you!

The bed is really uncomfortable, We wasn't warned how busy the place got and that booking for food is a great idea (the book states booking on a Sunday is advised) The car park is very small and the road to the pub is very narrow with cars both sides. (I understand this is not the pubs fault)

Lovely comfortable room. Fantastic shower! Small fridge in room with milk, bottled water, orange juice and butter.

We have stayed at Rooms at the Rosebery before and like it very much for comfort, value for money and friendliness.

The one issue this time was that the room (room 4) was next door to a boiler which made a pretty loud continuous noise all night, particularly in the bathroom. I'd ask for another room next time.

Cars parked in approach to car park spaces are a problem. Its not easy to reverse out or turn around in the car park

Room was smart and clean. Breakfast hamper was a nice touch and we really appreciated that gluten free and oat milk was available to take from the shared landing area. The pub below is perfect for an evening pint and we can recommend the food there too.

It's above a pub and in fairly lively area so be aware that some noise can be heard. Wasn't a problem to us and stopped after opening hours.

Nice in room continental breakfast. The room was in walking distance to the function I attended. Lovely food in the bar.

Walls near the coffee maker we’re dirty but didn’t affect our stay.

Lovely room with spacious good bathroom The pub is great - an indie vibe with good mix of customers. The menu is good but you need to pre-book to get a table - it’s a very popular pub. We enjoyed listening to a blue grass band there on our last night.

But further from the centre than I realised at time of booking.
