Yes the toilet it was very uncomfortable ?

Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing . I also liked the attention to detail. The staff were brilliant, especially with the children. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great for families - kids stay and eat free plus get an extra treat (hot choc, cookies and milk etc), pool is super warm so lovely for young children, usually some activities on, play area in the restaurant. All staff lovely and friendly with the kids. Family friendly breakfast with children's brekkies station. We've stayed three times now as our boys love it.

Love that check out is 11am but our key card stops working at 10am so we have to ask the cleaner to let us back in our room (has happened multiple times now!).

The bathroom was a tight squeeze when opening the door as was a small space , no where to put your clothes when having a shower

Very clean, bright and smiling attentive staff! Massive shout out to Amy! Believe she is based in the restaurant as we had her within our service for both breakfast and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble and make everything simple and easy and we had quite a few alterations to our mean due to my own allergies and my sons sensory diet needs.

It’s very difficult to find even with the post code. There’s a lot of roadworks and closures which whilst I appreciate isn’t the hotels fault but we stayed 2 years ago and still have issues gaining access into where the hotel was located which makes it stressful right before arrival!

Ev chargers not working

We had such a lovely weekend at holiday in , the atmosphere is relaxing ,the beds are so comfy .. we enjoyed lovely hot tab and a swimming pool for hours ..its my second time here but definetly returning again soon for relaxing weekend

staff were excellent, when heating in our room did not work we were moved to another straight away.plenty to eat at breakfast

room was dirty and furniture damaged in places. hand marks all over the walls

Location is good, was there for a party night.

I was not impressed with the breakfast, I made a hot drink but the water from the machine made it taste funny. The danish pastry was not fresh. Staff did not look happy to be there.

Had a lovely stay brought my two granddaughters for a birthday treat primarily for the pool. We got a complimentary upgrade to a room near the pool. Room was lovely huge bathroom with bath and shower. Everything we needed in the room. It's our second stay here we stayed two years ago. Went somewhere different last year but my granddaughter wanted to come here again as her favourite and she's already said we ate coming next year again. Excellent friendly staff. Can't speak highly enough of everything. Thankyou for a lovely stay

The location, the breakfast was good, staff welcoming and freindly , always willing to help.Clean and modern

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and mattress was hard for the Children.Changing the heating control in the room was diificult.However, we called reception and this was sorted quickly.

The staff and management where superb, started with a few problems that were dealt with swiftly and proficiently by all staff members and once sorted we had a lovely time.

No smoking bins in view outside anywhere

Very clean room, TV, dog friendly and nice breakfast. Plenty of spaces to park my car. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The hotel has the best hotel staff ever. The ladies and gentlemen there were so lovely, warm welcomed, nice and always wearing a smile.

The air-conditione refuse to work, so we had a chilled hours, but the staff gave us radiators.
