Rooms and areas very nice and clean Staff were really friendly and helpful

Very friendly staff, good location and comfortable.

Having checked it was okay to take our dog into the bar, we were very dismayed to be ejected to the reception - surprising as this meant moving the dog from a hard floor area to a carpeted area. Mixed messaging from staff.

Great location, the hotel was lovely and rooms spacious and comfy.

The room was quite cold and it was impossible to get the temparuture higher, issue with plumbing in the bathroom. Definetly overpriced for what it offers.

I was in room 120 and was woken up to the sound of someone on the treadmill in the gym at the end of the hall. Some serious soundproofing is required.

The location is excellent and very convenient. The stay is good if you get a room with a stadium view — that definitely adds to the experience.The staff were charming, welcoming, and helpful throughout.However, the room standards and amenities need improvement to truly match a 4-star rating.

The interiors are outdated and do not reflect a 4-star standard. Basic amenities were missing — no dental or shaving kits, no safe locker, no mini fridge, no bathroom slippers, no room clock, and even drinking water was not provided.The overall experience felt more like staying in a basic lodge rather than a 4-star hotel. Definitely not aligned with the expected category standards for the money paid.

Comfortable bed. Wide choice of food at breakfast. Excellent service throughout. Not too far from the station.

It's quite a long walk into the city.

We arrived early as we were attending the game at NCFC staff were brilliant and allowed an early check in which was great. All staff we encountered were a credit so thank you

Nothing to cause any concern

Great hotel , really looked after us was my birthday , gave me upgrade birthday card thank you very much for a lovely stay , room very clean great view , breakfast was very good , and staff out standing .

The view was positively unexpected, i enjoyed seeing the football pitch, this offered a pleasant contrast. the size of the room was nice and we unexpectedly got 2x double beds! This hotel nexceeded expectations and was good value for moneyBill at reception was an exceptionally pleasant staff member.

Location and nice communal areas

Room disappointing, heating didn’t work, lamp broken and shower gel empty. Staff apologised and provided a plug in heater but still disappointing
