Clean and convenient
Waiting time in restaurant. We waited to get a table, waited to get the menu and waited to place the order. Two nights in a row. Staff was fine but appeared inexperienced and restaurant dermed understaffed that weekend.The fact that we had to discuss with front disk to get our bin emptied because we hadn’t booked cleaning in advance.Lobby had at an atmosphere of a 7-11 shop or a nice gas station.

No laundry service available, had to go downtown to a self-service laundromat. That was an exercise in frustration as directions mostly in Danish. Fortunately a Dane there was able to help me negotiate the confusing ‘panel board’ payment and machine use.

The location is great. You get a lot for the price you pay. Only car chargers are a disaster, I think they are 3 times more expensive than Tesla's super chargers, I was really shocked for a 25-27% charged battery, they charged me 268nok

Good location if you need to be in the university area. Sufficient parking space guaranteed. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.
Rooms rather small. Restaurant was good although staff should be increased somehow.
We used this hotel just for one night whilst driving back home. It was quiet, well located and we found it very comfortable to stay. We will stay here in the future again!

The family rooms are very congested but was okay for 1 night stay. The hotel does not have an elevator since they only have 2 floors. It was not a problem for us.

The room is comfortable and all staff are nice. The breakfast is also really good. The location is not that close to the city but not far away from the University. I do enjoy the stay at this hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful and supportive, the breakfast offering was good for the price paid.
The hotel is located away from central Aalborg I was unable to go out exploring in the evenings or during free time periods, but that is my fault as I should have researched it more thoroughly
