Dorint Hotel Frankfurt/Oberursel

I had a pleasant stay. The room was quiet (no street noise whatsoever) and the staff was helpful. I needed a printout of a document and the staff took care of it right away.

Staff are very friendly, the house keeping service and the cleaning are excellent, very convenient for car parking

Easy to check in, quiet, nice decor, lovely bar friendly bar man

room und facilities, bar and bar staff

staff not so friendly and on breakfast not good

An oasis of tranquility. I have never stayed in a hotel at Christmas, but this was a great first experience. Staff exceptionally cheerful and helpful. Rooms and facilities impeccably clean.

Location is a bit of the way, but was ideal for us, as our family Christmas was 10 minutes walk away!

Beautiful hotel. Very clean throughout. Nicely appointed room. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower. Quiet location off the road surrounded by forest. Still close enough to walk into Oberusel for dinner, shops, etc. Hot water pot and instant coffee in the room.

On site parking garage costs Euro 22 for less than 24 hours! Spa facilities were closed. Breakfast would have been appreciated for the price.

Clean and quiet, nice rooms, comfy beds.

No sign of reception, need to figure out by yourself, breakfast buffet of a very low quality, food looks not edible.

Great service and friendly staff. Easy parking and secure garage. Great breakfast service. Nice peaceful location. Fast Wi-Fi. Comfortable and large room. Nice shower.

No negative comments.

Nice location and nice facilities

The “supervisor” in the gym!

Classy comfortable rooms in a great location. Very good WIFi

Breakfast overpriced

Everything was perfect. I love this hotel. Very clean, staff very friendly, responded to requests quickly. The mattress was comfortable and the A/C was very good. The hotel very quiet in the forest with great view towards the trees. I really felt comfortable during my stay

Location.Breakfast.Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. But at the Bar they were very kind to take care of us since we are vegan.

We loved everything. We usually book at Dorint Oberursel and we are always super happy and looking forward to spend time there; however last time the quality of our overall experience was a little bit less.Small details that usually were taken into account, this time were not.

Basically a nice quiet place clean and in the midst of nature

A little far from city centre

Friendly staff, beautiful and kept grounds and building.Comfortable beds, spacious room and nice views over the gardens.Generous breakfast spread and delicious dinner. Staff at breakfast and dinner were helpful and very friendly

- Lack of bath in the room.- Lack of a proper coffee machine in the room, rather only a kettle including instant coffee and tea.- Coffee at breakfast could be better. Automatic machines with commercial coffee is meh.

Everything was perfect. A terrific room, very quiet, and a location quite close to friends who we were visiting. Beautiful setting with walking paths in the woods nearby. We have stayed here 3 times, and each time we look forward to our next stay!

+ Beautiful and new facilities.+ Quiet atmosphere not far from Frankfurt.+ Very good food + Noise reduction rooms (There was a big party with live music when we were there and we didn't hear anything from our room).

- Toilet amenities could be appreciated.

great breakfast, great rooms, one of the best hotels i stayed with, quiet - super clean, staff is great, nice SPA , good food and very nice bar. really loved staying here - big kudos to the staff.

Payment parking for hotel guests in such a huge, wild-like area.

Very nice location and friendly staff .

The bedsheet didn’t look clean upon check in as it had hair on it but it was quickly changed upon calling housekeeping .

Beautiful hotel

Lift to the spa was out of order.. Lady on reception forgot to order me a taxi which made me late for my appointment. But she was lovely and very apologetic and she called me a taxi later and I arrived safely, which is good..
