Pros +
- Cozy rooms

- Good location. good food. excellent staff. Very popular with the locals. I would definitely stay there again
Cons -
- We made the reservation for new years eve, and they were open, but with very reduced services (no breakfast, no dinner, etc) They should have noted that during reservation, or simply stay closed
- The hotel is located directly on a busy traffic roundabout. The noise and visual were not great! It was also challenging to locate the hotel (the location on Booking is not accurate).
- Noise. We had heard that you can hear the noise of the restaurant and yes, it did get busy at times and you'd hear people laughing and talking but that was all innocent social constact. It was the traffic noise early in the morning that was a nuisance.

It's a little noisy
Bar/Restaurant on site. Very helpful staff. Clean comfortable room.
Lovely old building converted into rooms and a restaurant busy with local people
Directions to property need improving. Location as put into google maps was very misleading
We had hit something of a wall by day seven of a long trip. This hotel was a great antidote because we were able to sit in the very-lively outside restaurant and bar for a few hours. Caught up with communications, photos, enjoyed some drinks and a good dinner. Convenient location if you are planning to stay at the hotel for dining / entertainment. We had what must be their best room. Very large with windows along two whole sides, great views.
Location a bit out of town but suited our needs.
beautiful common areas, staff really charming
soooooo noisy … tossing glass bottles just in front my window at 11pm …
Very nice hotel. The bar and restaurant were pleasant and busy. I was upgraded to a very nice double room.
The gate was locked until 9am.
Clean and spacious room
The rooms are just above the bar, and there is noise until 22.30/23.00, even during working days. Furthermore there was no kettle in the room, although it was stated in the desription.
cozy room and very modernlovely outdoor restaurant
location for a rural setting
the breakfast was nice, the staff was very friendly. Thanks for them! The room was also very nice.
We had a large room with lots of windows on the upper floor. The hotel was super clean and had a nice restaurant on site. We sat outside one night to eat dinner. There is a nice area with trees and plants to relax.
The hotel is surrounded by commercial properties and doesn't offer parking. It is the nicest building in the area. It was about a half hour from where we were spending our days.
We use this hotel for a particular - somewhat esoteric - holiday for the same three days each year. It is a one star hotel in wonderful countryside. The facilities are basic but the staff are wonderful; the hotel is clean and as comfortable as one needs if one only uses it -as we do - as a base.
Everything could be better. But we are happy in this hotel. It is good value for money; sits in beautiful countryside; has an ample outdoor garden and terrace; is near to some great Basque restaurants (only half an hour from San Sebastian) ; and the staff are very helpful and friendly. A change of dates and a cancellation facility should be arranged.
Staff is friendly and helpful
No noise protection between floors . Difficult to sleep
Very nice and clean place.Private parking after checking in. Restaurant serves nice food.
The rooms are super noisy. We could hear everything. The kitchen, the bar.The room next to us watched TV till 2 in the morning. I could follow every word.Don't pay for breakfast while booking. We only got 1 croissant and a coffee. Nothing else. Not worth the price!!
Secure gated parking.Lively bar and restaurant - apparently it's popular with the locals who drops by to eat and drink.Nice clean and comfortable room.Friendly staff. The location is unique. The building is like a small island in a busy ndustrial area, but a couple of hundred meters from the hotel, if you cross the river by a pedestrian bridge, you enter a large rural area with mountains, forrest and multiple trails.
The included breakfast is just a coffee, a juice and a bun. There is a bit of a walk from the secure parking to the entrance.
I enjoyed the lively atmosphere
Have no complaints
Very local, fun place.
Everything was good.
Within walking distance of the town. A small but adequate breakfast to start the day.
