    Pros +

    • The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was generous.
    • Quiet area, very comfortable and larger room than the average. There is a "all you can eat" restaurant downstairs with very diverse and tastefull food, plenty dessert options too. The service is great!
    • The space. The fixtures were new.

    Cons -

    • I went to take a shower and the cold water handle was broken off. Why would it be left like that? Although management responded quickly, I had to go to another room to shower.
    • Sleeper couch was not comfortable; the small second toilet room was smelly. No effort was made to make the room nice (no pictures on the wall). We set off the alarm when we left our room. No one was around. We had to search for an exit door because the main door was locked.
    • No reception between 10pm - 1pm the day after. It’s not worth the price and basically it’s a restaurant that has some rooms on the upper floor. Do not recommend it. Bedsheets were stained and ripped.

    Allocation was ok

The hours in reception no good. From 10 pm after 1 pm next day no body in the hotel and we need to use the emergency exit for leaving the hotel

    Room

Mosquitoes in the room. No lift and service after 10pm night to 1pm in afternoon

    5AnaPosted on: 4-19-2025

The bed was big enough for our child to sleep with us comfortably, which was really convenient. The room size was very good

improvement—there was too much dust in the room. With better cleanliness, this place could be perfect.

    5JennyPosted on: 4-1-2025

    It was clean

The room was hot and stuffy. We had a family room, which was allocated to us when we added the people and ages. But it's not what I would call a family room. It had a double bed and a pull out sofa bed, which meant my teenage boys had to share a bed, after trying for half a night, one then slept on the floor ? reception isn't open between the hours of 22.00-13.30. so between this time you have to use the back entrance, awkward enough but even worse when your checking out with suitcases. Felt cheated by hotel staff in regards the Chinese restaurant that is downstairs. So they charge you for time there, but you have to pay up front. They didn't ask how long we wanted to just charged us for the top amount. Expensive lesson learnt.

The main bad was cozy, nice bathroom.

The sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced because it was dirty, old and smelly.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is so so. All basics there but that's it. Shower was pefect!!

    Bit outdated

Nice wide room with comfort beds

Location is far from the city center and expensive rooms

    9AllaPosted on: 10-6-2024

Good location just in 30 minutes driving to Rotterdam and Hague. Very pleasant personnel speaking so many languages! Clean and tidy rooms. Free parking was perfect.

The furniture is quite old but in adequate condition. Just 3 towels for 4 people.

    8MuthuramanPosted on: 9-15-2024

The double bed was big enough to accommodate our kid in the middle. The other double bed is a sofa bed with a dummy mattress. Fits well for the big children.Heating is limited centrally, therefore no individual temp control possible, but it is the case every where else..

Our's is two bed room accomodation with a bathroom and an extra toilet. The toilet smells a bit and it was loaded with chlorine which also gives its strong odour.

Easy to access the property and the free parking space

The Hotel does not offer breakfast , it was nice to have a buffet for breakfast even though we have to pay extra, they don’t offer water, there is no hotel service between 22:00 to 12:00 the next morning and you can’t use the front door Brien these times as the alarm will ring

    Free parking, good location

The reason i give one star is becausethere were some small insects, it was very difficult to seethose insects were very small, they climb through the bodyIn the kitchen also in the mattress

The bad was very comfortable and wide, pillows were excellent, stuff was friendly and helpful. Towels were changed every day. Good size wardrobe.

The walls are thin and we could hear all the noise from neighbours, the bathroom had black mold spots.

    5NontokozoPosted on: 7-18-2024

Reception was dirty and full of dust,,, thorough cleaning would work. Gentleman that checked me was kind

Passage had bad smell, reception was dirty , dust on every furniture in there,,, my room was fair not what I expected though, but far from amnities

    3RolandoPosted on: 6-24-2024

    Hotel not recommended for booking.

Hotel staff not available between 10 pm and 1 pm.After the first night stay, we returned late to the hotel and found no housekeeping was carried out.Next day, I have to make two calls to the hotel to arrange housekeepingUpon arrival, both night tables had dirt stains that were not cleaned.Housekeeping very poor.Room with carpet and furniture in poor condition. No worth the money paid for the stay.

    8DanPosted on: 6-4-2024

OK big room, but quite old and outdated. Small fridge which was quickly filled though with the possible breakfast option that was left in the room in the evening, so not really any extra space. Breakfast was not like a "normal" hotel, but the choiche of this picnic style menu was fair at the price. Reception closed at 21.00 hours and the hotel that was part of a chinese restaurant generally seemed to be a cheaper choice for workers. But fine for spending 1 night. A bigger parking just outside the hotel, a little deserted in this area.

Old style toilet with a plateau for your "things" - I'm not a great fan of that. would have liked a normal breakfast, but the picnic style was quite fair at the price.
