- On checking in the woman was very friendly, one of the only positives from our stay.Breakfast was acceptable, it wasn't great and some of the staff were quite rude, when we asked if we could sit at a table by the window that a woman had just finished cleaning she told us to sit at a table that was ready, she then corrected herself and said of course we could sit there and she would set it up for us.In the meantime I went to get some fresh orange juice and heard her insulting us to her colleague. She then when and ignored our table and started setting up other tables obviously to make a point, she only came once I started setting it up myself. Not nice at all.....

Cons -
- Our room was terrible, we were in room 11 which was a family room.Right outside our bedroom was the bike rack for the hotel and there was noise there at all times of the night, with people talking loudly. This hotel closes the front door at 10pm so all guests come in the back door after this time, again right next to our bedroom, one last thing outside our bedroom was the smoking area......simply awful experience in this room and trying to sleep, we came back exhausted! The heater in our room was broken and had been for a long time as it was full with dust, my kids room had no heater at all, the rooms were very cold at night, just adding to the terrible nights trying to sleep. The room itself was also not good, broken tiles in the bathroom, power sockets hanging off the wall and broken furniture...This not a 4 star hotel, in truth be told I have been in better 2 star hotels, I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels and this room was the worst one I have ever slept.... or tried to sleep in!
- parking costs
- where do I start?First the price: 447,x euro was the price for 2 nights, which of course made me expect an establishment with certain forms of luxury. But then that price didn't contain the hidden cost of another 27,x euro for parking and tourist tax. Then they suggested "to save the planet" by not having our room cleaned, we would get a free consumption in return: however we tried to have a consumption, we were immediately met with "Ah but that doesn't count", even though it was mentioned nowhere on the voucher or by the person at the reception. Again something hidden. For the price that the hotel cost, we were expecting some basic luxuries at least on the room, however there was nothing that could be expected. No complementary water, no fridge, no airconditioning. This last thing was a pretty big deal because we came on the hottest day of the year and our room had the sun on all windows, pretty much the entire day. When we entered the room, coming from full sun outside(32C).....Both of us started sweating when we entered the room, not when we were in the sun. I guess it was save to say the room had a temperature of 35C or more.We slept terribly as you might guess, as it literally made me feel sick to stay in there. Being outside in the sun felt refreshing for both of us.So after a day at the beach, we came back to the room and were hoping for a refreshing shower...the room now felt like 40C. My gf is Thai and even she couldn't take it. The shower however was even more horrific...the coldest option was like a hot winter bath and when turned to just 25C, literally steam came out of the shower instead of water. After this experience and the lack of possibility to cool down, my girlfriend got sick of what I think to be a heath stroke with vomiting.I decided we should leave and drive to home. But on checkout, we didn't get asked why we left a day early, but threatened with more bills to be sent.

It was close to the beach. The breakfast was ok.

I liked the room and the hotel. It very nice
They didn't inform us about the facility inside the hotel. Fitness etc. we found out the last day. It was a bit sad
Nice location, great breakfast, friendly staff
Location, breakfast, play facilities
Condition of the room, pillows (very big and uncomfortable)
Breakfast was very good and plenty. Friendly reception. Easy check-in
The man running the breakfast room with an iron fist. He forced me from a table for four, which I did not know I had occupied and banned me to the side of the breakfast room. He was brusque and impolite and I felt discriminated for being a single guest and older woman. Also the price was too high. Room 2 had a peculiar smell emanating from the bathroom at all times. I had to keep the door to the bathroom closed. I only got two free coffee pods the first day, afterwards...nothing. Friendly reception. Easy check-in
location, facilities
The service & thé restaurant.we have booked that hotel also for the sauna but it didn’t work. they didn’t say anything about it by message, email or on booking. which in not transparent.we went to the restaurant. the waiter was great but not the food…. plus I Have paid the same price for a vegetarían option than the one with the meat and didn’t receive what was written on thé menu. of course nobody helped us, not even the customer serivce because they just said that we can come back and eat a meal for free… hum no Thks ! very poor in guest relation…. sad
Breakfast was amazing, did not need to worry about lunch after that, great variety, healthy choices with smoothies
Still not understanding why I had to pay for parking as this should be included as I am their guest and it is right on their premises?
Excellent breakfast. Very good location. Helpful staff. A bonus - I left an item of clothing at the hotel, and it was sent to my home address free of charge.
Kika, table tennis, pancakes
limited breakfast, the coffee, the bed, the pillow, the spiderwebs on the windows, the dead insects nobody cleaned on the hallway during our whole stay.
Clean and modern hotel. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff was friendly all the time. Located near the beach. Breakfast was excellent.
A bit noisy sometimes. All in all a bit pricy. Additional costs for parking (7,50€)
Great location to the beach roomWas big and comfortable Breakfast was excellent !Easy storage box for bikes right outside hotel
Nil
Superb bed and excellent location
Restrictions for breakfast, you cant go spontaneously, only at fix hour. Extra charge for parking
Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.Walking distance to beach, clean and good facilities including sunbed and parasol rental.
Decor a little dated.
Hotel is very close to the beach. Buffet breakfast is good. Place is very quite. Personnel is attentive and efficient.
Rooms are very basic (no fridge, no coffee machine). Balcony's view is on the parking lot. Breakfast starts late (8am). Rates are very high for the level of the facility and services. Place targets an elderly clientele, especially German elderly.
Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and nice location
Advertised as 4 star, which compared to other 4star hotels we have been too, in my view is not justified.. Appeared more like 3star. The children’s bed was a bit inconvenient, but nothing to really complain about!
Excellent breakfast. Best we had in years. Staff was very enthousiatic and helpfull. We liked the fresh apples and water at the entrance.
Pitty that you receive only one (poudered) coffee per person.
