Pros +
- Almost every member of the staff was quite friendly and helpful, kudos to them. There are many terraces with picturesque view over Cavtat, which is beautiful. It's nice that the hotel has two saunas, two pools and a gym. The best part of the hotel is the kitchen - there's a meal for everybody and the food was quite tasty. I was at a business event so I have to commend the Ragusa hall as well and all the waiters that served us!
- Pool area and slides were great.
- The hotel has great facilities, especially for families and kids. There is a game room, a pool for small kids with different slides and also 2 big slides for not only children but also adults. They have a kids club with a play ground, mini golf, tennis court and a volleyball court. They have Staff offering different activities every day, such as aqua gymnastics, water polo, yoga. Every night at 8:30pm there is a kids mini Disco and from around 9pm entertainment for everyone, such as live music- every day different acts and all very entertaining. The restaurant in the evening offers different theme nights such as an Italian night, Asian night, Tex-Mex night, Spanish, oriental and there is always cooking live stations. The breakfast offered a variety of dishes, a live egg station, pancakes, waffles. Everyone will find something to eat. The Lunch is standard and nothing special but most dishes tastes good. All the kitchen and restaurant staff were very kind and hard working. We always felt welcomed. You can add All-inclusive for additional charge and it is worth it. All drinks are included ( restaurant, pool bar, bar in the evening). We can definitely recommend this hotel to families.
Cons -
- Honestly, for a five-star hotel the room was a bit underequipped - we didn't get disposable personal care products that I had experience receiving in similar resorts. Also, I don't like the fact that you pay for every consumable item in the minibar. This thing can't be changed now but is worth mentioning - the ways light switches work to turn on/off different sources is quite, quite weird; it's as if they were under influence when they were wiring up the switches. The two saunas are quite small, please at least illuminate them less to simulate privacy. There's a pool, but it's quite small, you can't really swim if there are more than 10 people in it. Access to the hotel is not ideal as there are vehicles parked in the right lane, so god help you if a bus just dropped off its passengers. Access to the parking lot is terrible for a resort at this level - there's a steep single-lane curling uphill trail that can be quite dangerous if someone is going downhill, so drive carefully. Also, that's a pedestrian trail as well, so walk with care!
- Loud sound of music after 21:00 since we have a toddler who needed to sleep.
- The rooms could have been cleaner. The bathroom already had some mold around the bathtub and we found some hair on the bed sheets. The restaurant, especially for the live stations had long queues but it is understandable if the hotel guests eat all at the same time. Some dishes were already portioned so you were able to take it faster. The hotel is a bit far from the beach but you can reach it in minutes with car or taxi.

Location. It was near airport. There was a mini fridge.
Chlorine smell in the room. Shower head was old and rusty. Shower was kind of running and often "shooting" water then again running normally and this repeated over and over. No glasses or cups for making tea or coffee. It's more of 2-3 stars and not 4 stars. Shower cabin was tight.
The room key solution - the wristband, very comfortable. A lot of parking spaces. Great pool. Great overall location.
Long lines during breakfast and dinner waiting for tea/coffee or water. Not always working both elevators.
Friendly staff, great swimming pool and slides for children, decent food
No beaches within walking distance, but close enough to Palma and the airport
The pool area for kids. Spacious park around and The tranquility.
No ventilation at all in the bathroom so condensation. The towels were old and not in good condition. All towels should be replaced by new.
The pool is great, big and clean. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, the location is ok.
At dinner it was crowded, not all food available. I suggest they consider booking for dinner, as people were queuing outside the restaurant.
Family friendly and quiet location. Very clean. Food is excellent
I didn’t like the mould and mildew sheets with hairs on them. The musty unaired smell in the room was awful. The manners of the lady managing the breakfast room was like that of a pig. We (6 of us) went for breakfast. No one offered to show us to a table or to seat us. We found 3 x 2 seaters and pulled them together. We sat behind a food station and not in the way of anyone or a fire exit. The lady with the manners of a pig, attacked my elderly mother in law saying we should not have done so. As I was having my breakfast. I was then approached by a rep from jet2 holidays and I told him we were travelling solo without a traveled company. After listening to a load of rubbish as if her was working by the Spanish Tourist Board, he explained that the manager asked him to speak to us about pulling the tables together and not to do it the next day. When I challenged him, he couldn’t get the manager for me and he didn’t want to hear when I started to list off a litany of problems. Possibly a snowflake
The breakfast was excellent and our room was surprisingly large. The blackout curtains made it very dark and comfortable for sleeping.
It was a bit far from the water
Good location with relaxing surroundings. The room was well cleaned and was wide enough for two persons.Even though it's a big hotel it's fast to get to the rooms using either the stairways or the elevators.
The food in the breakfast and dinner could be better.Lack of information on what was displayed to be picked and the respective allergens.Too much time to restock the food during the meals.
Like. Prison Loud . And annoying view of other rooms . You could see into their room . There was extremely loud noise ,
Everything is very nice and tidy, the food is delicious and there is a large selection. the downside is that no one told you that you can choose drinks for an additional fee.
The lady who helped us at check-in was not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel receptionist. However, when we needed to organize a taxi for the morning, we encountered a friendlier lady, and the staff in the morning was more in line with our expectations. The hotel is on the bus route if you need to go to Palma, and there is a large pool.
At check-in, we didn't get the greatest vibe from the receptionist. The welcome drinks—lemon and orange slices in water—were a terrible idea. We booked this hotel to be closer to the airport after our week in Majorca, but I would not rate this as a 4-star hotel. It is run-down, needs new flooring, the towels are old, and the toilet paper is the recycled type. The room was not very clean—our room, 601, was at the top and farthest part of the hotel, with a busy street at the back and a view of the hotel's rubbish bins. The smell in the room was strong when we walked in, so we immediately opened the balcony door to try to get rid of it and left it open for the remainder of our stay. We were relieved to leave the hotel at 6:30 am and didn't have breakfast.
Very quite, a lot of parking spaces, great selection of food, everything fresh and tasty, good condition, deposit box, fridge in the room.
Beach is rocky and slippery, not very far, and just needs to climb the hill after. Might be boring without car, but you can rent it in the hotel or stay by the pool. We were with the car so everything was perfect for us.
Nice hotel if you like a touristy hotel. Very large and busy. Good swimming pool. Rooms were quite basic. Quite expensive for what you get. Good choice at breakfast.
Friendly reception staff, very helpful. Pool was lovely and huge! Hotel bedroom was so comfortable . Plenty of car parking and spaces
Dining room staff : only two were friendly! The dining room floor was dirty. The swimming pool beds were always full and " reserved" with towels all day ..
Big rooms, great kitchen with thematically different dinners (tex-mex, asian, italian). Quite nice selection of drinks and snacks (we went with the all inclusive variant). Beach beds around pools are plenty and we could find a place to lay down every time. Also there's a huge area in front of the pool bar where you can sit down in the shade and enjoy your drinks / food. There's a shop in the hotel itself, but also a huge grocery store called Mercadona within 5 minutes of walk.
No beach in close proximity, only rocky cliffs. The sofa bed could use much better (e.g. thicker) mattress, because you can feel all of the steel skeleton underneath. Water slides could use some smoothing out, you can feel the connections between the parts of it as you slide down...
Amazing outdoor space, kids play and lovely furniture
Breakfast was average , coffee machine was poor
