Pros +
- The mattress was huge and so plush it felt like drifting on a fluffy cloud, while the bathroom tiles carried the elegant charm of a classic Spanish estate, and the heated pool was wonderfully spacious.
- The property was spacious and clean.
- Very comfortable and quiet setting on a huge piece of land
Cons -
- I was completely unaware of the distance between the houses vs main reception. So popping into the shop was NOT as convenient because our group didn’t have a car. The shop itself was also lacking a lot of basic things for the kitchen (eg salt and pepper that wasn’t supplied by the hotel) we had 4 people in a house but there were 2 tiny milks left for the coffee… I guess devil is in the details. Pricing was also on higher end for the basics. Lastly I didn’t appreciate the confusing messages from the staff one telling me that we can always call for a driver to pick us up and take us to the main reception area to then be told (quite literally) by the reception it’s not a shuttle service. Again word of advice is - align the information you do share with your guests because that didn’t feel nice or welcoming at all. We had some chickens and roosters that were visiting our garden too, it wouldn’t bother me but they came with little chicks and started being aggressive. Also the hotel will take a deposit with you just in case - for your stay so please prepare for additional costs which are refundable and lastly the city tax for visitors is collected at the end of the stay - which I’ve never seen before.
- We love golf but that means the lawn mower passes by your villa early in the morning as well
- Very dirty (cleaning staff is coming into the house with dirty shoes after walking through the mud), very old facilities, very rude head of cleaning (head of cleaning said it’s customs in Spain to go into houses with dirty shoes and it’s my own responsibility to clean the floor. That’s not part of their job), my 7 months old baby was crawling through dirt

Nice spa area

Villa was good
The restaurant in the main building closed on weds and thurs and we were told that was so the staff had 2 days oof which is rubbish. It also closed at 8pm which is early. Also the staff there were pretty poor. Had to wait ages for two beers one night another night our wine was left on the bar for 10 mins whilst the staff talked out the back. Just not good
Great villa, lovely facilities and fab food! Loved the location and the surrounding area. And, the sun shone which was great for a November break!!
It was a nice area for the large family
The long walk to the market place from vills 465, especially as I have to wear a boot due to a tumour.
Softness of the bed. The whole family slept like babies.Swimming pools for a few villas.Restaurant and staff.
Villas are very clean, comfortable and spacious. Having a shared outside pool for every 8 villas made them nice and quiet, with only a few families at a time using them. Golf courses are really good. Lovely grounds with lots of well tended gardens and wildlife to see,
Thought there could have been a few more things for the kids, like a play park for example or some times of the day given over for inflatables etc. to be allowed in the pools. Location is good in terms of access to other parts of the island, but you literally need a car for everything, even getting around the resort depending on where your villa is. And beware of the sales 'presentation' if you're not a Marriot Vacation member. This is actually a one to one sales pitch for what's a time share offer by any other name. Fair enough the incentive for attending is good, but they got quite grumpy with us when we decided it wasn't for us and we wouldn't be signing.
This is my second time staying here, I love the layout and how you have everything within the resort. The staff are friendly, and it was fun to let me kids wander around safely without me
The amenities can be updated, it seemed like some of the furniture was worn out
You got everything you need on the Resort. Every Room has a own garden.
You need a car to go there
The bed linens and comfortable beds. The rooms were clean. Kitchen and utensils were spotless and clean as well.
It was very inconvenient that there wasn’t anyone available to help us move our luggage to the reception area at the time of our checkout. The pool wasn’t very clean. Also, we faced a problem during checking in time. We were given the keys to the wrong room number (which was already occupied). We had to go back to reception (which is quite far-car is needed) to get the correct key and room number. After a very long tiring trip to Mallorca, all what we needed was a smooth check in process to the hotel.
Really great place, we've been back a few times. Quiet with excellent facilities (golf, tennis and pool with spa particularly), helpful staff and convenient location close to Palma and the airport. The small shop onsite is super handy.
Would be better if the restaurant had breakfast options. We were able to take breakfast at the hotel although this was quite expensive.
Clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with all you could need. Spa facilities were great. Staff were helpful and friendly.
No spa treatments over the weekend sadly
The room has everything needed, is spacious and clean. The staff could not be more helpful.
The only thing I was sorry about was that we weren’t staying longer.
Home from home. Good facilities. Quiet (apart from roosters).
Lots of roosters roaming locally and waking us up at the crack of dawn. Loads of feral cats roaming the resort. Hassle from marketing team to attend their time share meeting.
Surroundings are beautiful, nice looking gardens and outside areas are very well maintained. Golf courses are impeccable. Staff is kind and helpful. Good “holistic” (spa) area with hamman, saunas and relaxation places.
Pools are chlorined, spa hours are short (12-20hs )and massages finished at 15 30h. Nobody was able to treat a pregnant woman in need of a massage. Terrasa restaurant is quite mediocre, villas are a bit oldish (bring your own plug extensions). Uncomfortable pillows
The beautiful row house comes with everything you would need, incl. a fully equipped kitchen with coffee makers (and coffee to get you started), a garden area with your own barbecue grill, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, and even a hot tub. The beds were large and comfortable and the house has heating/air-conditioning. And being set on a golf course, you are surrounded by greenery. There is also a pool and wellness area - the pool was under refurbishment though and couldn't be used during our stay.
Nothing. Everything was just perfect.
The villa was older but well maintained. The resort is beautiful and well-kept.The golf courses are perfect.
On the third day of the stay, the pool, sauna, spa and restaurant were closed for renovation. We really missed this offer because of our children. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this at the time of booking and before arrival. We also didn't get any benefits. Unprofessional.
We love everything that’s why every year we come back
The people in reception should be more prepared about the amenities and all the staff the hotel offer. They are very polite but give wrong infrequent or they don’t give it at all. And when we found out it was the last day and we were so disappointed! Careful with the restaurant as it is not every day open and no one informed us properly
