The breakfast was really delicious, everything was beautifully prepared. The terrace is also beautiful as well as the staff!

I booked a room for four and now I see on the reservation that it says "4 adults" but upon arrival at the hotel I was told that we had to pay an additional 100 euros per person because I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children - which made me very embarrassed in front of my friends. I still don't know to this day how I could or should have concluded that!? In addition, the room was not very well cleaned, there was dust under the bed.

Our stay at Hacienda Son Antem was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the outstanding service that continued throughout our stay. The accommodation was beautiful – spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and elegance.Every detail, from the serene surroundings to the top-notch amenities, made our experience truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was dining or general hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind in Mallorca. Hacienda Son Antem is a true gem, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We could hear the people in the next rooms conversation and the woman coughed all afternoon and night relaxing definitely notBreakfast very disappointing poor selection of food Badly laid out buffer and very unhelpful staffWe have stayed here many years ago and the breakfast selection was fabulous..

Very stylish resort. Friendly staff and lovely breakfasts

The sound proofing was horrendous. We arrived late and only staying one night but could hear next door conversation and tv as if still in room. If had been staying for more than one night would have checked out.

Really enjoyed the proximity to everything in our inquiry. We had a car, so getting around was really easy. The reception area, pool and golf course were beautiful. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a gated community, which adds to the safety, we could leave our car in the parking lot without any concerns. Staff were great!

Very very few staff members were a little less service minded, but it was not really a problem.

Beautifully interiors, delicious food,friendly staff,fabulous pool and gardens, yoga, gym, tranquil countryside .

This was our second stay in this hotel, the first was in August 2022 during the soft opening. The breakfast was good, it had a good variety but could be improved a little. The staff were always nice and very helpful when we needed anything. Cleanliness is very important especially of towels and bed sheets. Service was great keeping the rooms tidy and adding water bottles every night. We rented a car, parking was and EV chargers are available at the location. We thought the location was a good distance from Palma and from other towns and beaches. It's the kind of place I would stay in every time.

For a new hotel it can be maintained a little better.For the breakfast eggs station I would recommend having a separate pan for people who don't eat pork and bacon.

Everything was good

There’s no Bathroom supplies at all, I was disappointed it’s 5 star hotel even the 4 star hotel but some bathroom supplies like toothbrush, soap, shower cap and etc.. I order soap bar 2 times and they told me we don’t have how we wash our hands.

Huge variety of items for breakfast, including many local products. The rooms are huge and the bed extremely comfortable. Great convenient location for moving into the the vacation club townhouses the following day.

Just disappointed the pool wasn't open early to do a swim before breakfast. Food is good in the restaurant but not outstanding.

Bar Menu was very limited and to be honest not very good, expensive !!!!! The 35 euros buffet was I felt rather expensive for what you got ?

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, modern and stylish. The breakfast buffet is amazing, covers all kinds of styles (Irish breakfast, continental, typically german, several pastries). It's a very child friendly environment.

Great property but spa lacks controls and emergency call button . Bedroom toilet not working

We were allocated a room next to very noisy family - we were moved but it spoilt the experience - breakfast not that great hot dishes were warm at best

Great hotel, location, possibilities for sports (golf, tennis, gym). Food was very good.

This hotel exceeded my hopes for the family vacation by far.The hotel feels new and fresh and elegant at the same time.The best beds, great breakfast and lovely lounge areas.

well, First at all, very warm welcome! Fab room! All hotel is just amazing! If U are golf player this is Great płace for You. Staff was so friendly and amazing! Nice kids club just beside pool.

Well… hotel is a part of big Estate where U can find lots of apartments and villas. And unfortunately guests of them are able to use hotel pool! So for us, hotel guests, were very difficult to find free sunbeds. They also can come in for a breakfast so it was one big messy and loudy place. I my opinion, there should be limits for clients coming outside of hotel. Second story is with prices in pool bar, 8€ for small beer is just too much! Food nice but much overpriced as well.

Not much to be honest. I do not understand how they can charge this kind of money for such a bad place.

Felt like you were in a conference Centre. Pool was really quite bad and looks nothing like the photos. Endless hall ways with really no character. Breakfast was a free for all - tiny section with too many people. Coffee was awful (probably the worst I’ve ever had). This is a 3* IMO and super overpriced.

Location only 20m from palma, family friendly they will prepare baby food as per your request, plenty space for kids to play, kidsclub, quite at night

The pool felt like Ballermann where people will go in the morning to reserve chairs , the property didnt managed that although several complains i have never experience something like this on this hotel category really sad. Restaurant menu was great but the offer was small

We've been here three times over the last 18 years. The hotel and staff are always amazing. It's everything you expect from a 5* resort, and more. Fabulous rooms, awesome pool and a great restaurant, the service is always impeccable. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home straight away. We can't recommend this place highly enough.
