Excellent location in a beautiful town. Hotel was clean, bedrooms very comfortable and air conditioned. Staff although not always visible were contactable by phone easily and any queries promptly dealt with.

It was a real shame the the restaurant downstairs wasn’t open more often, it was only open for breakfast once during our stay, on Friday morning. I’m not sure if it’s open more regularly during peak season. However there are plenty of other cafes and restaurants in the main square which is a short walk away. The breakfast we did have there was delicious!

Located right in the heart of Llucmajor, restaurants and shops right on your door step. Very picturesque.

The parking can bit a bit of a pain if you have a car but we always managed to find a space within a 2 minute walk back to our room.

Awesome location in the heart of a beautiful town on Llucmajor.The hotel itself is above a wonderful restaurant... 5 mins walk from main square, a supermarket etc.Communication pre stay is superb, thank you Alberto...We had one of the rooms at the top with the terrace overlooking the whole town... amazingly comfortable room.All in all superb

There was a terrible sound in the room and we couldnt fix it. Not even with turning of the electricity. When we told the staff, they said there wasnt anything they could do and they said they were fully booked, but I really doubt that. We have had a terrible night.

A great place to stay! Very central and quiet as there is no traffic. Easy check in and out.

We were disappointed that the Al Faro restaurant linked to the hotel was closed for the season.

Free parking around the hotel. The rooms are on top of a nice restaurant. The owner and the employees are kind and welcoming. The room is very clean and quiet. They have modern elevator, free coffee machine.

The location of the hotel is very centric in the town of Llucmayor, and just 20 minutes away of the airport. Once you arrive in the towns´s centre you are in an authentic balearic place and have forgotten about the rest of the world, time to disconnect! We wanted to stay in a centrally located, not too touristy town and Llucmayor is exactly that. Only a few minutes away from the highway that takes you to any part of the island within 40-50 minutes. The hotel itself is small and cosy, renovated and with big rooms (at least ours was big), with a small balconny. Our room was comfortable, with a big bed, a closet and a small desk and separated toilet and shower. The airco can be regulated and worked well on the warmest days. A little detail was the small shower, we had to be carefull not to make the bedroomfloor wet when showering. I was worried about the fact that the hotel didn´t serve breakfast, but the bakery next door was awesome and very affordable with local prices and great service. Restaurants and little shops for groceries are all around and we highly recommend the restaurant right under the hotel, El Faro.

The glass toilet door was transparent and had a mirror right in front of it, which was a bit too exhibitionist for my taste. I recommend they apply a sticker to the door to make it a bit more private.

The Hotel is situated near Plaza de espangna with nice Restaurants. Also the town isn't crowded with tourists.The Hotel has No fulltime reception, but the Contact with the contactnumber ist fast and helpful.It was a good Rental car starting Point

Central location in a pleasant square.Two balconies with city views..Good size room, decent shower and great mattress.Useful lift.Water in fridge.

Woken up at dawn on Sunday by refuse collection lorry.Then delivery lorry the next morning at around 7.30.Unfortunate but not the fault of the hotel management

Clean and comfortable with lots of character. Great location and Alberto was very friendly and helpful. We were lucky with parking and able to park in the road nearby. Llucmajor is a lovely town and only 20 mins from the airport . We stayed two nights at the end of a two week stay in Mallorca and it was a lovely end to our holiday. There are lots of friendly restaurants in the square and a supermarket a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed staying somewhere which felt less touristy but the coast is still only a few miles away.

Just one mark off for no kettle in the room and a little bit of noise through the walls but this wouldn't stop me staying again or recommending to others. Thank you Alberto for being an excellent host.

Central location - perfect for bars, restaurants & shops

Boutique and cozy “second sea line hotel” ? but I mean it is a great quiet location if you rent a motorbike or a car in Mallorca. We spent 6 amazing nights here and traveled across Mallorca all the time, mostly we’ve been to the beach Cala Mondragó and Cala d’Or (it’s 45-minute ride from this hotel). The hotel is very clean and the room was spacious. There are all the needed facilities in the room and nice balcony.

The 2 only downsides are: 1) the toilet is quite open and has only a glass door 2) the restaurant downstairs at the hotel gets quite noisy at night (we are early birds and go to bed at 9pm and in Spain people only start to have dinner at 9pm so prepare earplugs).

It was in the centre of Llucmajor and handy for shopping plenty of restaurants there was also a restaurant attached to the Hotel which served delicious food at a reasonable price. I would say book a table as it can be busy with o free tables. The staff were very friendly.

Nothing really it was excellent although it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee
