The property was very clean! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Having a balcony was very nice! The staff were incredibly helpful and so friendly!

We had a fantastic stay; we loved almost everything about this hotel. It is very family-friendly, particularly with the spacious sunny balcony and the excellent warm bath. The breakfast was very good, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the 24-hour service was impeccable. Location was perfect as well. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The hotel could be more kid-friendly. A small playing area in the lounge would be a great addition, and we recommend including a small pool area specifically for babies.> Some basic facilities were also missing in the room, such as more wall hooks and a dedicated rack to dry wet swimwear or clothes.

Location was good. The hotel was clean

They need to be more professional. They said the bar closes at 7pm and they gave us free drink ticket but the bar was closed at 6.30 pm without any explanation. It is not possible to park around the hotel. The environment does not seem safe.

The breakfast was very good with a good selection of various products. The swimming pool is relatively small, but the hotel is located close to a nice beach, so it's not a big drawback. The rooms are nice and clean.

Very clean, wonderful staff and kids loved the pool! We stayed after coming in on a 1 am flight and they were very helpful and accommodating!

We were only there a night , but everything was great!

It’s close to Palma and the room was clean but be aware that Arenal is a place that you will feel like you’re in Germany, not in Spain. Breakfast was simple and not really Spanish.

A lot of noise from the street. People are always yelling when passing by and we couldn’t sleep well.

Room cleanliness was poor, hairs and sand on the floor, not EU hotel standard at all! Other than that, all good.

Really nice welcoming hotel. For the price I paid it was excellent..nice breakfast to be had, with plenty of choice. Has a pool. However, did not have time to use it. The room was nice and clean, and there was a comfortable bed with decent air conditioning. No issues at all. Handy little shop across the too. Short 5 minutes or so walk down to the beautiful beach

Walls very thin. There was a family next to us and we could hear them clearly and what sounded like rearranging the furniture every early morning.

Perfect location close to beach and public transport to airport and Palma centrum. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff

I spent 4 days here with my daughter in connection with running the Marathon. We had an excellent stay. Everything looked neat. Good value for money. Often apartments and hotels are noisy. This did not bother us because we slept with earplugs and because it was very quiet in the hotel. Definitely worth repeating at the next marathon. What was a plus is the bus stop very close by that can take you anywhere for a low price. The Netherlands can learn something from that.

Upon arrival, the room could have been a little cleaner. This is a detail. Example is that there were dead mosquitoes against the furniture. The mattresses were good, but the beds were a little shaky.

The room was as I expected it to be, with good beds, a shower, a TV, and a big balcony. The location is convenient, it takes ~7 minutes to get to the beach.Breakfast has some options, from which I can choose, but not exceptional.

There were no blankets on the bed by default, we had to request them at reception.Breakfast options could be more various, and the breakfast area could have more tables.

Only the location was ok, bus station next to it

The staff reassured us that they called a taxi for us for next day early in the morning to transfer us to the airport, they said this is the most reliable way to get there and next day nobody came, another employee was there and couldn’t do anything, he kept talking to us Spanish althoughwe couldn’t understand a word and suggested to keep waiting there ( for over 40min with a 2ys and a 4ys old at 6:00 until 6:40), for NO REASON AT ALL!! There was a bus station next to the hotel and the bus drove directly to the airport , fortunately I noticed it all by myself , we left and hopefully didn’t miss our flight. Everything was so unprofessional and I really dont care if this was a mistake of the taxi driver or of the hotel employees. The employees didnt do a thing to help us (didnt call again for a taxi, didnt suggest to take the bus which was obviously the best idea since the busstation is so close ti the hotel!!)

We had 6 of us, 4 kids and 2 adults. We only stayed one night to get to the airport the next morning. Beds were comfortable, windows when closed were sound proof from the busy night life. We walked to the colosseum. Had some washing and drying to do which was very convenient. Shower was hot. We also walked to termini station at 5am and felt safe. Perfect for us.

This is NOT a buffet breakfast as advertised. The main breakfast is behind glass and needs to be served to you by one of the staff. I asked for a fruit plate and was given 1 slice of orange and 2 small bits of melon, it was about 4 bites.Standing behind a chap with 2 slices of toast and requesting beans was hilarious. Watching his face when a teaspoon of beans placed on the centre of each slice and then asking "please may i have some more" was like a scene from Oliver. No-one wants to see food wasted but this was taking things to the extreme.

It‘s good value for the price, the room was quite big as well as the bathroom. There are also bus stations right outside so that‘s very convenient
