Great location for exploring the island.

The food, like most of the island, is not up to American standards. We just accept the food won?t be good every year.

Charming and peaceful remote countryside hotel. It was absolutely idyllic honestly looked like a chateau in the south of France. The breakfast spread was great, particularly appreciated the iced coffee (as an American) The tapas spot and weekly BBQ meal by the pool were also great dinner options. The live music was a nice touch. Food was outstanding, every dish in every restaurant was great. Rooms are super spacious as are the bathrooms, with high quality shower products from Le Labo.

Honestly we were out most days and didn’t spend enough time at the hotel to experience anything negative. Perhaps slightly slow breakfast service in the morning, but we were also in a bit of a rush.

Don’t recommend.

Food was inedible. Room has cracks all over the walls. We saw a mouse running by when at the pool. A painting crashed off the wall in the middle of the night it’s so old.. don’t be fooled by the photos.

Lovely building

You expect a very authentic experience based on the building and the branding. However the restaurant provided poor service and the ingredients were mass-market / supermarket standard. And the bar is odd with a huge room that is largely empty and looks like a youth club or similar. Barman was perplexed when I asked for a drinks menu and it could only he accessed on an app.

We love the hotel it is very nice and the staff are lovely. We got upgraded for free to a junior suite.We dined at the stared restaurant on the property and absolutely loved the food and the service. Thank you everyone for a lovely stay. We will be back!

Long corridors & bedrooms in modern building lack character. No amenities in bathrooms

The Hotel has such a beautiful atmosphere! Beautiful corners! especially the adults only pool was great for a couples escape! Our room was stunning with a great corner balcony with views to the chapel. The service personal was very helpful and kind at all times. We felt very welcome and they organized everything we asked for or helped us with reservations and so one. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choice and the a la carte was great aswell. All in all we had an amazing time and didn‘t even want to leave the hotel that much! Next time we‘d get a all inclusive package so we can just be there and relax!

First of all Zoetry rhymes with poetry and that makes sense cuz this place is poetic. Beautiful grounds, amazing buildings all around. It’s not a modern place so don’t expect modern luxury but zoetry makes up for that in other ways. The food is top shelf - gastro experience type stuff. We got the half pension and it was very worth it. Breakfast lunch and dinner was great. The service was also terrific and the staff is always pleasant with a smile. The value is also good. Similar 5 star hotels charge 2x the price.

We had a junior suite and it wasn’t very modern. Small windows, no terrace, no hose in the shower, the room lacked some modern amenities but the experience of the place itself more than makes up for that.

Location, surroundings, breakfast, reception staff

Service and cleanliness by the pool areas - bar area seemed understaffed, staff were busy and exhausted with requests, I directly observed the manager shouting at staff in front of guests which made me uncomfortable. The pool area should be relaxing and this made me want to leave!

Amazing hotel building, chappel and windmill.Great food at Es Mercat restaurant and wonderful personnel. Live music every evening.

Pool area can be handled better, especially the grass. Poolside restaurant has no good food.

Zoetry Wellness & Spa Mallorca is an absolute dream! I stayed here for 4 days, and had such a wonderful experience from check in to check out. I would like to thank Xavi, Nando, Angel, Santiago, Lilly, and Maia for being very accommodating and going above and beyond during my stay at Zoetry. I would also like to recognize the housekeeping staff for keeping the room and property immaculately clean. The food was amazing, the location is perfect, the grounds were quiet, and the staff were exceptional. I can not rave enough! I highly recommend this hotel, and I myself will return. Thank you for making my stay in Mallorca a wonderful experience.

Restaurants are closed, only a cafe by the pool was open with cheap food at the prices of an expensive restaurant. Beer was priced at 0.5 but they brought a small glass. The staff at the pool cafe (the only one that worked) is inexperienced, they bring orders in dirty dishes (mugs, glasses). We didn't even stay the last night, we left early

due to our morning flight I requested a picnic breakfast as we had paid for breakfast / room I was told this was not possible and directed to the room service menu which did not have breakfast food and I would have to purchase

Very tasty breakfast and dinner, lunch 5/10. Beautiful rooms, super fancy place. Calm and quiet. Chapel and windmill are so nice.

Ultra strange situation with the staff which seems to be not prepared to work in 5* hotel. They don't clean dirty dishes at the pool and in total looks overload.

Long walk from room to restaurant

beautiful hotel on fantastic grounds and in a fantastic location. Very good amenities from the gym to the spa to the swimming pool. Also a very very good breakfast.

1. We did half board with dinner during our stay. The restaurant may as well not have a menu as most things weren’t available and the staff would constantly have to come up with alternatives. 2. The evenings at the restaurant were busy, not enough staff which meant the service was poor and the staff were not attentive. Not 5 star. 3. Room was a little outdated for 5 star
