The room is super small wasn’t like the photo showing on booking.com. The Wi-Fi connection is not stable, inside the room declarations looks like back to the 80s.
The view is great, location is very central. The bed was comfy.
The room is quite basic but totally fine if you just need a bed to sleep in.

There is no air conditioning on the 5th floor and the temperature was 40 degrees of Celsius outside.
The single room is good value. Late night staff was very helpflul pointing me to a restaurant which was still serving (good!) Greek food just a five minute walk away. Free parking until 8am at Gutenbergstrasse, just 100m away from the hotel entrance. (Google Maps does not "know" that you can just walk there passing the "Kulturhaus")
7 Euro parking fee seems high to me - but I don't know the pricing of the public parking during daytime.
Exceptional breakfast. The location of the hotel is good, close to the museums and restaurants, all within walking distance.
Reception was efficient, but not always friendly.
