- The shower curtains.
- We were a bit disappointed with the room size (other comparable hotels in Germany usually offer larger rooms) and a strange smell in the bathroom (maybe someone smoking?). The room was also very hot (27 degrees indicated on the thermometer in the room).
- We've took the smallest room and it is rather narrow, next time won't cut corners :)

Good location, great view, quiet, clean, nice staff, good parking. Pet friendly.Interesting architecture and design from 1970s GDR.
Beds and pillows were not comfortable: sunken mattresses and ultra flat pillows. Rooms were pretty small, and hot at night. Wifi did not work at all. Charging for a parking space in the mostly empty 300-spaces open air unguarded parking was an overkill.Food at the buffet restaurant was just edible (dinner) and breakfast was just ok. Considering the price paid, and the self-proclaimed "4 stars", this is way too expensive.
Very "German country style" evening buffet (not very exciting and a bit "heavy"). Great breakfast buffet.
At a 4-star hotel, WIFI should be free and fast - and the hotel is even located at a place with very poor mobile coverage.
