B&B HOTEL Strasbourg Aeroport

Clean and pleasant. Nothing in that area to see. Drove down road to next town for food/grocery.

High food prices there and in that town.

Bed was comfortable. Room was good size and clean. Location was good, near the airport. Parking was free of charge. Breakfast was good, with fresh baguettes, croissants and other viennoiseries. There was good juice, coffee and hot chocolate, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal.

We asked for a crib for our baby and there was no matress or extra duvets on the first day, even though we asked for it. So we had to lay our duvet at the bottom of the crib so that our baby wouldn't have to sleep in a hard surface. And we ended up sleeping with just thin bedsheets because there were no more duvets in the hotel on the first night. There was no hairdryer in the room and no rack to place our luggage. The room was really dark, with dim light only. There wasn't any fruit or ham at breakfast.

The room was quite nice, clean, and the facilities were good.

The problem is that it is still a bit far from the airport - since I had a 6 am flight it required an uber. Be careful if you rely on public transport.

Cost to airport very expensive. 30 € for less than 2 mile trip. The guy at the desk said no more than 20€ and that they would take Apple Pay. Cost 30 € cash. No restaurant near. Better to stay and take train to airport for 7€. Trains from Strasbourg start running at 5 am to airport 10 minutes.

The hotel works for a short stay. We got what we expected.

The area is not really inviting, however that’s not the expectation for an airport hotel.

It is close to the airport

There were no hotel staff available to assist with in person check in after hours. The machine to check in was difficult to use and I and another person both had to call for assistance. I also needed additional amenities in my room, like an extra blanket and pillow, but could not get these since no staff was working late at night.

La seule façon d'atteindre l'hotel depuis l'aéroport est le taxi: pas de navette, pas de transport en commun et impossible de marcher (trop long et pas de trottoirs)The only way to reach the hotel from the airport is taxi: no coach, no public transportation, impossible to go by foot (way too far and no sidewalk).

It was clean and comfortable.

The price was a bit pricy but comfortable nonetheless.I could hear the alarm at 5am in the room next to me, after a long flight, one would want absolute silence to be able to sleep peacefully.The breakfast was pricy for what was served.

Location was good just 5 mins drive to the airport train station from where you can easily get to Strasbourg city center.Convenient room for max 2 nights.

Staff was completely indifferent.Felt like cleaning ladies were making noise outside the rooms so that we speed up and leave in order for them to clean.

Antony at the front desk is great. He helped us with some issues we had and recommended a great place to have dinner. Thanks!

Nice facility and quick response

No reception service after 24:00. This hotel is next to the airport which is the reason why I chose it due to the late arrival flight. No warm enough if only used the air conditioner

Reception was very nice and accommodating. It was clean and a good value when compared to the rates in Strasbourg over Christmas.

Our first room had a horrible smoke smell. It was in the room, in the pillows etc. It was impossible to get a good nights rest (non-smoking room). The next morning we went to reception and explained the situation. She was able to find us a new room and even though the room wasn’t completely ready for us, we were able to put our suitcases in and come back to a fresh smelling room! It made all the difference!

Clean, warm room

I stayed in this hotel 26.12-27.12 with my 11 years old son.In midnight someone start pulling the door really hard when I told that it is wrong room guys told me that they called to the hotel and manager gave them this room and code from the door.I drove 9 hours and have to drive 4 more next day and only one thing that I wanted to sleep.And how manager of the hotel solved the problem????He start knocking the door AT MIDNIGHT!!!!and of course woke up my son as well.He said that it is not my room and asked where I got a code.And asked me AT MIDNIGHT find a paper with a code which another manager gave me.Now me and my son exhausted.We didn’t get rest which people expect to get in the hotel.

Easy reception

We had a terrible experience with a couple next to our room. They were using drugs, smoking, loud music, having sex all night. I reported by all means possible and nothing happend. We couldnt sleep all night. It was a nightmare

I don't want to remember this visit.

Unfortunately, I have to admit that checking into the hotel was very problematic! The hotel did not send a letter with instructions and a code for the lock; the speakerphone did not work when talking with the support service. If it weren't for the help of a kind person, we would have spent the night on the street. The hot drinks machine in the lobby does not work. Gentlemen, put things in order in the hotel!

Worst internet i've experienced. 0.4mb up 3mb down.Check in machine did not work so. And that was the only option.
