I didn't have breakfast

Smell was awful and not clean

Left straight away! Felt like we were in a basement and it smelt of damp and dust!

Arrived late and nobody in the reception. No information. Just by chance somebody told me how to check in. Was about to leave.

No one to ask.

Perfect budget solution in the outskirts of Paris. Staff was very nice and spoke English. We arrived around 11pm and they helped us with check in (I read 24H reception is available only on weekends). Parking was plenty and free, with good lighting and a closed fence, we felt our car was safe.Room minimalistic, good shower, minimal amenities to be expected for the price.We didn’t have breakfast but it seemed good.

The hotel was fine but surroundings were not, there was a rave party on the next street. Definitely not to recommend for walking from station for women alone.Very well insulated Room, for us it was actually hot, outside was 15C.

It looks like a prison, there was no one when I arrived even though it says the reception is open 24Hs. Inside the room is ok, but the rest is like a horror movie.

Bad place to stay I do not advise

Very bad location dirty, full of insects and also we booked 2 triple room and they gave us 1 triple and one standard room without any compensation just being rude and saying this is what we have take it or leave

We were a family of five. We had two rooms. Three and two-seaters. The rooms and bathrooms were of a nice size, not very small. Good location for an affordable price. 10 minutes walk to the train to Paris, There is a delicious bakery and shops nearby.

The price was reasonable for the room, the bed was comfy. Could have been cleaner, but clean enough and I've stayed in much worse! Easy route from the train station, location was fine, but there are a lot of ruined buildings and rodents on the way. Staff really friendly.

I arrived tired at the accommodation with a printed reservation, also in French, together with the PIN and other findingsI have been traveling through booking for more than 10 years, but this has never happened to methe receptionist sent me away because he doesn't see any of my reservations in the systemso I went to look for other accommodation in the area, even though I paid for it.after an hour, I came to sleep, to at least get my money back, and then the receptionist told me that I could check in, that the manager had confirmed it, so I asked him about the time of breakfast, because I had paid for it, and I went to sleepin the morning, on the way to breakfast, the receptionist stopped me to say that I was not entitled to breakfast, but I showed him the printed conditions of my reservation, where it was clearly written that the price is with breakfast, but he did not want to let me go, but I sat down and went anyway.The selection was very small and by 8:00 there was nothing except a box of cheese and bread and croissants, a very small selection and empty plates, so I only ate bread and butter

Quiet, pleasant location, very clean; the beautiful landscape with birch trees in front of the window of my room surprised me; a satisfactory continental breakfast.

An electric kettle in the room would be desirable: a hot tea or coffee at any time would undoubtedly increase comfort, especially since the location is quite far from shopping areas.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Good location. Private and safe rooms, free parking on site. Not the most comfy beds and pillows almost non existing. Some dodgy stains on the walls.Alright for a short stay.

Unable to find the hotel!!! No maps can find it, no valid phone number. No reply, no answer what so ever.....NO GOOD

We knew it would be budget and the location was useful to break our journey up. The room was very clean on our separate stays. I liked the recycled loo roll and eco/sustainable shower products. Staff on first check in was a very helpful, young Frenchman.

The area was very fly-tipped. Lots of litter everywhere. The hotel itself was difficult to find. Staff on second check-in was total opposite. Rude older Fenchman with glasses. There was a misunderstanding about the city tax where I thought I had already paid it. He would not let me clarify my mistake, as he refused to look at what I was trying to show him. I forgive the language barrier but this staff member had good English and knew what we were saying. He was dismissive and stubborn in his actions. The other negative was that the room did not come with all it stated on the confirmation email, e.g. no hair dryer, 1 towel for 2 people, no ironing facility etc. Thirdly, our second stay was in a room that we discovered had an interconnecting door... The door was not locked — what a shock to find we could walk into someone else's room and vice versa!!!! Nothing was stolen thankfully but what a stupid system to put random strangers next door like this!! No safety or security whatsoever.
