Campanile Versailles Buc

very quiet place with late night gate closing i.e safe. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel has an attractive dinner menu (the pizza was great). Versailles is 15' by Uber drive.

The room is small and outdated. Bathroom has no standing shower. The price is too high for this level of service.

I did not like anything! It was the worst stay and the hotel I have ever seen.

Stuff was super arrogant and rude. The hotel was dirty with flooded rooms. Our room reeked of mold. The hotel staff were segregating larger groups from the smaller ones and were offering different breakfast most likely to save money. I have no words do describe how awful my stay was. Deserves 0 stars, or better to be closed for good. Stay away from this place.

nothing, been before, know what to expect

Clean, comfortable & affordable one night pit stop so we could get to Versailles early the next morning. Without a car, this is not the place for you. Free secure parking was good. The restaurant is closed on weekends but they were offering pizza which was perfect in our room given th location is quite remote, although town of Buc seemed to have somz restaurants. Would happily stay again if in area.

Breakfast was a bit expensive at 14.50 euros pp, so we skipped it and found a boulangerie. No fridge in room and they give you those terrible ppaer cups for coffee and tea.

We like campanile but on this occasion we didn't like the room. It was very dingy and not particularly clean

i dont like anything with this hotel during my stay. Staff is arogent, not well trained to talk / behave with their guests. I seen the feedback before the booking but I took risk thinking the experience with me would be different but I was wrong.

Bed and Cushions are really bad. I did not had sleep all 4 nights. Every morning I was not feeling energetic to my work. Becuase of sleepless nights, I was feeling tired.. My neck also started paining like anything and I have to take pain killers to work peacefully. The staff at hotel is not well trained and not sure what they think themselves. I had only one night dinner at their restorant which cost 18 Euro in total but they charged my Euro 29. Further, on 6th Nov, I went with my office teammate for dinner outside, but they charged me Euro29 for which I did not had the dinner their place?? At the checkout on 7th Nov morning, the receptionsist were to arrogane and rude when I asked for bill explanation even though I was explaning her, but she is not ready cooperate. She was not ready to call her last night teammate if I was present in restaurant. They both were talking in French so I would not understand but I can read from their face that they were talking something bad about me!!the room was not clean and maintaing with hygine, one night there was big bug on walls, I took the picture and showed to reception, they said its nature, its everywhere, we can not help!!!!! Such nice response I got.I have asked for the refund but she was not ready to invistigate what had happened and told me do whatever you want. I will not refund and asking me to wait untill their last teammate comes to office. I had to catch the flight at 2PM from Orly airport hence I have to leave and dont want to fight with people where they dont know how to talk to their guests.I waited for one whole day thinking they will reach out on mail or mobile but no response. I am going to report this on ther feedback page. If Booking.com team reading this feedback and taking it seriously, would need help from you.

Filthy and outdated hotel with the unreasonable highest rate out of 4 campanile we used while on a road trip

Location, comfortable bed & kettle for hot drinks.

No evening food available (on a Monday).

Quiet location in a light industrial area. You’ll need a car to get anywhere. Free parking.

Old, tired rooms, very small.

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfy. We had dinner at the restaurant twice and food was reasonably priced and tasty. Breakfast was good and had variety. Hotel was a bit out of town, but got an uber without difficulty every every morning- perfect for our olympics visit.

Quiet, quite near to Versailles. 6162 bus round the corner which took 25mins to Gare Versailles RG.

Bit remote, not near shops etc. reception closes at night.

Close to locations we were visiting whilst in the area, clean and tidy and the staff were really friendly.

All we heard all night was the neighbours and I’m assuming this is place people go to hook up as it was ridiculous. I wouldn’t stay here if I was travelling with children.

Its perfectly serviceable for a nights stay. Good balance of price / accommodation.its not an hotel for a romantic break but good for overnight break etc.

Not a great area for a walk (in an industrial estate - but easy enough to walk to the small village centre)- but you know this when you book.

Air con worked.. had inner door after entrance door for added security . Cleaned regular

It's so clean, and the staff was very friendly. The location is amazing, it was my first ever impression of France, so I'm happy I chose this hotel. My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay.
