Alpin Relais B&B Villa Melisse

When I booked the room, I paid. with all taxes, but the owner asked me to pay 12 EUR more for extra tax?

The hosts were super friendly and helped with everything. The breakfast was very good. We left early the last day and they prepared a full breakfast for us. The location is ideal. You are few steps from the slope and from the ski lift.

Location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent sized shower and balcony was great. Breakfast was a great inclusion. Double glazed windows made it quiet at night.

Can get a little bit warm with windows shut during the hot months. Towels/ bed sheets to be changed more often would be nice but wasn’t too bad.

The room was large and modern, very comfortable, and the location was ideal, just minutes away from public transportation, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants while giving a wonderful view of the dolomites

Everything was fine

Perfect location for some days in the Dolomites. The ones who runs the hotel are very kind and helpful. Over all we had two good nights at Villa Melissa, and we would love to come back.

The only thing we missed is to have a fridge in the room

Staff were amazing, and the location can't be beat. We rented an apartment unit for our stay, and was plenty big enough for our family of 3. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Alta Badia

The apartment was peaceful, cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The views from the balcony were just breathtaking. The staff were always very helpful too.

I was attending a sporting event, and the price shot up overnight, so we felt that we overpaid. Wifi wasn't great.

There was no utilities in the apartment when we arrived, such as soap, table cloth, dish brush, dish washing liquid, toilet paper etc. It would be nice to have some basic stuff from the beginning. The balcony would benefit of some extra furniture. One chair is not enough for four person apartment.

Set at the bottom of the valley surrounded by the most amazing mountains in the dolomites. The staff were super helpful and the room was as expected.

No kettle in the room and a lack on electrical outlets. Breakfast was fairly average and they didn't charge any tourist tax for some reason?

The apartment was very convenient for what we needed (easy access to the start and finish of the Maratona race). We also wanted our own independence and kitchen facilities which we had, but perhaps could have been better. Serena was very friendly and helpful and spoke really good English too.

The kitchenette could have been better equipped and it would have been helpful to have a pack of the basics, eg. tea towel, dish cloth etc. It was surprisingly noisy (obviously not the fault of the accommodation!) with passing traffic, being on the main road from Corvara, but perhaps due to the Maratona event being on and therefore a lot more traffic.

Serena is EXCEPTIONAL and so is the rest of her Staff along with her Mom!! The facilities were warm, comfortable, cozy, smelled great and it's truly a GREAT Place!! Serena went above and beyond, she was able to accept my bicycle rental and accept the pickup for the bicycle rental with zero issues. I highly recommend staying here, the rooms are perfect and the grounds are wonderful!

Location next to ski slope and supermarket. Sauna available, appartement was nice, able to cook oirselves sometimes. Perfect for 2 people.
