Everything was smooth and nice. Rooms are big and nice. The bed was amazing, exactly that you need after along trip

The location, it is really close to the chrismas market, shops and restaurant

The showers, the temperature was nos stable, no matter how we tried it is eather too hot or too cold, on one room the radiator was really hot and on the other one it was off , no option for adjustibg the heater, pillow really need to be changed too soft

Great location and pleasant rooms. Air conditioning did not work in allocated room. 23.5degrees centigrade. Hotel staff unable to repair until Monday (2 days away). Therefore offered alternative rooms. New room smaller than initial allocation, and no balcony, but was nevertheless comfortable. Dust and sweet wrappers underneath bed!!

It was a beautiful, quiet location walkable to the centre of Siegburg, a gorgeous little town.

The only negative I can say is the staff was not well-versed in English but were open to asking other guests or staff that spoke English, for help.

I opted to pay for the breakfast which was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I stayed here twice, once upon my arrival to Speiberg and once on departure. Each time, I had a different room and the rooms had themes. The first time was music-I am a musician! The second time was art clay structures-I was here for a class that included this! Everything about this place is exceptional, clean and well run. The location is quiet and a little walk to the main centre of town. I also had dinner my first night there and the dining room and steak were exceptional. I will be travelling in 2025 and this will be my choir of hotel to stay on my first night of the workshop.

The gym - not really a gym, three pieces of equipment, and one was broken

Some of the staff was not the friendliest. Plus, the staff for the restaurant was overwhelmed and it took a really long time for me to receive my food. Another customer also waited over 40 minutes for his club sandwich to arrive.

Calm hotel, at the edge of cozy town Siegburg. Parkingsite next door, as well as an underground parking garage of which direct entrance to the hotel.Spacious room, with coffee and tea facility.

English communication of staff at front desk is not great. But, people were very friendly and eager to help. Prices for breakfast and parking are a bit pricy. (parkinggarage was approx. 25euro a day)

Bathrooms a bit outdated. Breakfast too pricey.

Great location, also close to the Christmas market, clear room and good breakfast. The bathroom was large and with double sink. parking garage available.

We clearly asked to have two close rooms, but between the rooms there were 3 long corridors. I understand it is not always easy to have close rooms, but the ones we got very very far apart. We clearly asked for one of the two rooms to be double, instead we had only towels and sheets for one person, and when we asked for the second duvet, they told us there was no sheet left to go with that! Strange because the morning staff was more kind and competent.

The room was booked as a double comfort room for 2 guests, but the bed was not 2 twin beds as expected.

Fitness centre not operational . Had black tape over the directions indicating it was closed . This was not mentioned prior booking . Pillows are really soft , basically just a sheet

the staff was really friendly, and helpfull, really nice night agents, the breakfast was fresh, and a variety of options, location is half an hour drive to the Dome , there is a nice market walking distance from the hotel, a nice walking route to the Abbey infront of the hotel, different restaurants near the hotel, the hotel has a nice bar with a list of cocktails, it has a small welness with a sauna and a gym, we enjoyed our stay , we surely will be returning .
