Early AM airport noise, I had opened windows because of summer heat wave.

Super friendly, great breakfast, pretty quiet in the night

Spacious room with good breakfast, friendly staff and great location.

This was our second stay at Hotel Kaspar Garni. It is located in a perfect location in downtown Siegburg. The breakfasts were wonderful and the staff very friendly. We are planning to go back next year for our third stay

The staff is kind and always asks what they can do for me.Even though I checked in late in the evening, the staff guided me to the parking lot and the room.There are many restaurants and stores nearby, so it's comfortable to stay, and most of all, it's quiet in the evening, so it's good to sleep well.Breakfast was always kept warm and fresh and prepared early in the morning, so it was comfortable and delicious.The hotel's facilities are clean and well maintained.Everything was perfect. Thank you for your good service

The location is very convenient right in the city center of Siegburg with direct wolking distance access to a lot of restaurants. Parking is available on site and is free of charge. The hotel is very nice inside with lovely breakfast room. The breakfast was very good. The staff that hosted us was very welcoming and friendly. I definitely come back again for my next Siegburg visit.

The bathroom was quite tiny. However, the room itself was completely ok.

Location, friendly staff, cozy bed, superb breakfast

Perfect location in the centre of town, close to all amenities and the train station. Staff are really kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I got an upgrade on the room I'd originally booked, which was very clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view of Siegburg. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

I had a room at the back of the hotel, and the WiFi didn't always work very well. Not an issue for me this trip, but I would mention it to the staff if you are relying on WiFi during your stay, to be given a room with better connection.

very seldom that I mention the staff. But seldom I have felt such an welcome. It’s from check in to the smile when going out, the joke at the breakfast or the small “song” by checking out. Also have to mention the nice breakfast.

It’s not a typical business hotel. If you want that drop it, but if you want a “home” feeling away from home you are on the right way…

clean, easy to get to, nice view of the Abbey

I rarely rate a hotel so highly but I must say, this place absolutely deserves it. First of all, the hosts are just wonderful. The warmest of welcomes and a genuine desire to ensure you will have a happy stay at the hotel. This is a family-run establishment and it clear from the warmth that the hosts exude that they want you to have a relaxing time there. We had the convenience of parking at the hotel, which is great, and we were given a lovely room overlooking the charming square. Our room (as was all of the hotel) was scrupulously clean. There were plenty of breakfast options - something to please everyone. I should add that staying over on on warm Friday evening meant that you can be susceptible to noises from the square from late-night revellers if your window is open overnight, but if left closed, the rooms are quiet.

Nothing of note here really - I would perhaps have benefited from a second pillow but I am sure one would have been provided should I have asked for one.

The room and the breakfast room are very clean and tastefully decorated.Breakfast is very good with lots of spread and the owner is very nice and accomodating.

Great location in the heart of the (small) town, spacious room with a great view (onto the town square) and a very very comfortable bed, plus extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The Hotel is small, but very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really exceptional. One of the best I had in Germany. A lot of different options of bread, ham, cheese. It also offers fruit salad, yogurt. It is not only tasty, but it also very nicely organised. It looks very beautiful. You can really feel that people prepare it with care.

Perhaps something just to improve. The drain of the shower area didn't work perfectly (but it did work). As my stay was short, I didn't have time to mention that at the hotel.
