    Pros +

    • The staff was friendly, but I have never experienced such slow check-in process in my life (experience of other people from our group was similar). The mattress was surprising comfortable.
    • the only 2 good things about the hotel is very friendly and helpful staff and somehow the central location. 3€ parking fee per day is fine for Bratislava region
    • Is not like the photos of booking

    Cons -

    • There were cobwebs in our room and the led lighting stripe glued to the head part of the bed was ridiculous. Generally, the hotel is in a style of "reconstructed socialism". Generally the rooms were totally overheated and dry, which all friends staying there confirmed as well. The hotel towels felt like sandpaper. But the really horrible experience was the breakfast - which is described as "fabulous" on booking.com. It included the most horrible coffee from the cheapest Nespresso machine, some kind of chemical orange liquid pretending to be orange juice etc. It felt like a flashback of being back on vacation with parents during communism (since I come from Slovakia by origin), BAH!! After the second night we better decided to skip the breakfast at all.
    • facilities are very outdated, breakfast was poor (it would be better to offer paid but better breakfast)fridge in the room (makes it almost impossible to sleep) and ventilation in the bathroom is so loud
    • 30 years old back A lot of noiseBreakfast ( like in the secondary school)

The room was big.The location was near the bus station and only 10 minutes walk to station.

When I did check in they requested me more money . I paid the price for one night before but they asked me another 3 Euro as accommodation fee. I told the woman who was in the reception that its not usual to pay for tax here again and she did not accept and she told me its very common in Slovakia. The breakfast was very bad, in fact there was nothing special for breakfast. The sofa was dirty and I did not seat on the sofa even for one minute.

Nice clean and comfortable rooms , whit a spacious toilet.

staff from reception not really helpful at all , if is your first time at Bratislava and you need help asking for directions , restaurant or any place you wont fine an answer or help at reception.

Looked much better inside than out

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, a lot of children noisy, taking a lot of space and making getting food difficult

    7AzizizoPosted on: 4-12-2024

Location is great, cozy hotel with elevator thankfully, breakfast included

No AC so in summer it's gonna be crazy hot,.pillows were really soft and bad

When somebody has been stealing your money from you what’s your feeling

They’re not going to work on law and smoking drugs in kitchen i saw it when first came out for breakfast

    9JanPosted on: 12-20-2023

The reception was available even when we arrived late to the hotel, at midnight. Because the reception was available 24/7.

This hotel, like other European hotels as well, doesn't provide basic necessities like toothpaste. We were flying to Bratislava in late hours and hoped basic things like toothpaste will be at least available in the hotel, but no.

    Big room

Location is far from the downtown, breakfast choice is poor

    5RalbovskýPosted on: 12-8-2023

Room was clear.Breakfast included in price.

    1. Internet didn’t worked (signal 1/5). I had to use my own.2.This was second time as an accommodation although now for the same price were offered old facilities.3. I felt with lack of privacy as workers were working outside of building and I was able to saw them behind curtains so I believe it was vice-versa. 4. I was not able to work from the room as the workers were loud- swear words, drilling,..

    7MilanPosted on: 11-9-2023

Cheap parking, easily accessible, quite area, close to Avion shopping center

Choice for breakfast is very limited, far from the downtown

Good value for money, I could easily book and check in late at night (was an emergency).

It is a very socialist place (does not have to be bad though). Breakfast could have a bit more non-meat variety

    5DeanPosted on: 9-6-2023

the price and staff was very litlle but kind enough.

The rooms ware not at all cleaned properly and offcourse the hotel was not mantained..And we have been in the worst in the world so we are no sticklers... I did not really notice that it was not cleaned properly but my girlfriend did very much so...At least it was quite cheap but not that cheap actualy...so we expected a bit more for this price...

    3NazarPosted on: 8-28-2023

    Poor value for money

Dirty room - there was an empty, dusty bottle under the bed, dust on the furniture and plumbing in the bathroom. No A/C (32° outside), broken ventilation in the bathroom.

    8DianaPosted on: 8-19-2023

The rooms were very clean and modern. Everything worked well and the rooms were prepared properly. Yes, the building looks a bit like a hospital or office, but we were only there to sleep, not to be entertained by the looks of a hotel. The reception staff was friendly and professional and could answer all our questions. They spoke good English. The breakfast was good and the man who we saw during our stay made sure we had everything. The parking was very good organised and safe. It was nice to have a morning walk to see the area which gives you a good view of the differences in Bratislava. There is good public transport from the hotel to the old town, but make sure you catch the bus were there is a machine to buy tickets. We caught the bus on the main road, close to the supermarket Lidl.

There was nothing we did not like, but if the hotel would like to have advice I would say that a ceiling fan in the rooms would be nice. It was quite warm when we were there at night. It was also a matter of getting used to it and to keep windows and curtains closed during the day. That helped a lot. We hung ‘do not disturb’ on our door so that the curtains would stay closed.

The rooms are neat and nicely furnished, the breakfast is plentiful and we have everything you need. The staff is friendly..I recommend ...

As traveling with a baby I liked that the Hotel had an elevator and the room was big enough for the walking around with the pop-up baby bed in the room.

    - The bed squeaking, strongly- Very loud and unrespectful visitors, banging with the doors and loudly speaking outside at nighttime, aswell a visitor next to our room smoked on the window, so the smoke came straight to our room. - breakfast, very poor choices, not worth the money. Coffee wasn’t good at all.

    8AlinaPosted on: 6-18-2023

The hotel was very clean, and the bed was very soft.

I liked that he had a small distance from airport, only €10 taxi cost me.

Good value for money, great staff.

Noise from other guests, loud music in common areas without any reprimand
