good location, and friendly staff.

The hotel has issues with bed bugs. My roommate and I have bites all over our legs and arms (where the skin was exposed).

I wish I had booked a different place

Everything was dirty, rooms are not clean, they want the guests to pay for everything

Price and location

The Staff in the reception was not prepared to attend the group. Everything additional item like a hairdryer needs to be paid. There were not power plug for everyone. We were in a group of 6 people and they didn’t give us 6 cards, saying that for groups they just give half of the cards what makes no sense

5 min. to railway station, nice staff, comfy beds, for one night good place

you pay for everything locker, slippers & stuff, however it's rather common

I arrived prior of check-in time, and we are not allowed to do early check-in, however, we can store the luggage there, and they have spacious area for waiting or just rest for a while. inside the room. it also quite and so nice overall.

not every bed has the access for the charging port, even the cable extension provided, but in the opposite bed side.

It was stylish and tidy compared to hostels of similar price. It was quiet and the lobby was a cozy place.It had a good kitchen.

The staff was not very warm and friendly.There were no paper towels or electric hand dryers to dry hands in the bathroom.

Not nice receptionist. The place wasnt clean at all, broken shower door, disgusting pillow and bedsheet. The smell is awful!

The location is great, very close to the train station. Although I gave a lot of bad reviews I felt safe and it was good for one night for that price.

Ladies at the reception had a quite bad english and I think they were little bit chaotic, it was not a big problem for me but it shouldnt happen at hostels. The rooms weren´t clean, mixed room with one small wardrobe without locker, no space for leaving your stuff. Also the bathrooms was in a bad condition but nothing totally horrible.

there were not enough plugs for charging devices in the rooms in relation to the number of beds. Not only were there not enough ports for 8 people's phones, but if there was someone with 2 phones or other devices, you would not have been able to charge them. Also, there were not enough toilets on the floor for the number of people.

Overall standard is low, but I booked it because of price and for the price it is kinda fair deal

Location above all. Clear offer and delivery.. expectations met. Accommodation is comfortable and perfect for transit accommodation. It is clean, very cozy restaurant and great place for coffee and chat, socialization.

I had to go quite stairs to register at the reception, -1 flooring, and then go to my room at the upper floor 2. It's quite challenging, especially if you have heavier bags. There is no elevator.

They were in the middle of the bathrooms renovation so only one was working, causing queues. And it wasn’t cleaned as often as it should be.

Good location, most facilities working and acceptably clean, good AC in dorm, okay price

only one shower for the whole floor, shower door broken so that the bathroom was permanently flooded, dirty toilets, breakfast had very little selection, no vegan options, very little quantity so that most would be gone after the first 30-45 minutes, charges extra for kitchen access (2€) and luggage storage (3€)

The location’s superb, the staff were helpful too.

The congestion with huge amount of people like an event location. Some certain things aren’t clean and hygenic though.

The location and the room was clean.

The bathroom wasn‘t that clean, but I guess this was because two of three were temporarily out of function.

The location was fab? Close to train station and public transport but also close enough to wander into the city on foot.The beds have curtains providing privacy which was nice.

Unfortunately the soap in the toilets was never filled or provided & the lights are in a very short sensor so if you end up showering in the dark.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are of decent size. Breakfast is good.

I stayed on the first floor and only one bathroom was in service, out of three in that floor. It was not clean.There are additional charges for towels, luggage, and even to use the kitchen.The people at the desk are not particularly friendly, although they do their job.
