The location was good, people who are working in the hotel were kind and helpful.

The room’s temperature is not good, it is also automatically arranged and we could not change the temperature thus we get cold at night.

Very nice place in old town, nice rooms, nice staff, for gym rats there is also a full equipped gym in front of the hotel which hotel guest may access for free

Some rooms have windows on the street, during week is all ok, I may imagine in the week end is better to ask for rooms on other floors and or looking to inner court

The property in the center city. Clean, quiet and spacious room. Everything worked well.

The location and room are fantastic. The staff is super friendly and provided early check-in. I was a bit surprised breakfast wasn't included.

Laura was excellent at check-in and providing any information that I needed during the stay. The location is quite central and popular in the evenings. Rooms were spacious and had closet-space as well.

A little too noisy in the weekend evening. I also couldn't figure out how to open the window to get some air in. Figuring out the shower also took a bit long than I would have liked

Bang in the old town of Bratislava, this is a nice hotel to stay if you want to be in the old town and close to all the historical places. Many happening restaurants are within meters of the property. The rooms are cozy, quiet and neat and clean. The taxi dropped me on the main road and it was literally a two-minutes walk from there. Taxis aren’t allowed in the old town.

Good location. Staff in front desk, particularly Jana, were very polite and friendly.

WiFi was choppy and kept disconnecting. AC does not offer temperature control to specify desired temperature.

SO loud. Directly in front of the hotel are several restaurants and bars. Very loud until midnight although the windows were closed. Very unpleasant with a small child.

the location is superb, right in the old town. the room is spacious and very quite. The bed is comfortable.

It would be better if the internet connection could be better, I don't know why, I connected to the WiFi but sometimes it just didn't work can't load anything. And the shower water sometimes not hot enough. there are twin beds not so enjoyable for a single traveller.

Hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The rug was a bit dirty. TV too small. The room was noisy even when windows were closed. Room was cold, even for early May. Poor selection for breakfast. Shower partition insufficient to prevent splashing.

Room size and shower were lovely. Location was right in the old town section and walkable to all the sights. We enjoyed going out both day and night and being to incredible restaurants and shops in minutes. Could not have asked for a better location to dining and shopping.

Not easily accessible by car or taxi so you have to plan for that. Hotel had AC but it is only available when it is on for the entire hotel. AC was not on the end of April. The room temp was in high 70's. There was a large window but if you opened it, the street noise was quite loud with all the outdoor dining close by. The front desk was polite but not super helpful with parking advice. We unloaded luggage on a street near back entrance and then parked at a garage several blocks away. Clerk didn't offer that parking was discounted at one specific garage but thankfully my husband saw a sign.

Very large bedroom, a rather large bathroom, nice indoor market on the ground floor on Saturdays. Location is rather good, particularly if you plan to party.

I could hear a loud music all evening from the bedroom. The TV screen was quite old, and very limited choice of channels. Generally the room felt a bit outdated. The only wifi available from the room didn't need password, which doesn't make it particularly safe. Couldn't plug any charger by the bed and I would have appreciated some slippers, but this is a marginal inconvenience. The mattress was too soft for me, but this obviously depends on preferences.

Central Location, Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! The lady serving the breakfast is so kind, friendly, absolute sweetheart! Me and my colleague loved the stay and will come back once in Bratislava.

Hotel is very stylish and spacious in a lovely part of the old town, close to most things you may want to see. Our room was very large with a high-quality queen-size bed and very nice linen. Bathroom was also large and generally well-equipped. Our room had a fridge and kettle, a large desk and a quality TV. Staff were always present and well-trained. We had breakfast only once but it was a good-quality continental buffet with all you need for EUR 12.

The room safe was on the small size compared to some, but nothing serious, and there were no English-language channels on the TY.
