Great stay ! Room wss amazing, spa was nice, people were great and very knowledgable and helpful. Would stay again !

Location was in the center of town, convenint walk to everything. We walks to the boat terminal to take a trip on the Danube to see the Contemporary Art Museum; walked to the mall to find an optical shop to fix my husband's glasses...

Hotel is 13C building and therefore has no A/C in the warm days and nights. Hotel needs to provide room fans! Also, when we went back to the hotel in the pm, all the lobby lights were turned off!

Location was great and staff was very helpful with getting a crib arranged and helping with luggage, etc.

Perfect location in the center of the old town. Staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel was nicely appointed for the holidays. The 3 person room is quite spacious with two floors, single bed on first floor. Good value for the size of room, perfect for me, my wife and college son.

There was candy on the counter, no price unlike the wine, but the got charged for the candy. Would like to have known the snacks were do a fee

Breakfast was ok.... coffee cold. Didn't like to have to walk into a high tub to shower although it was very clean and had heated tile in bathroom!!

Historical building. Beautiful architecture. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful view of the castle from the room.

The breakfast was exceptional! We have been travelling in Europe from Canada for over 60 years and this was the most beautiful and elegant breakfast room we have ever experienced! We lingered over excellent coffee as long as we could!

Everything! I wish we had more time to stay in this beautiful hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Our room was very comfortable and it was right in the heart of everything.

Beautiful spacious room. Quiet location on the edge of the Old town center. We like to stay at Arcadia hotel every time we visit Bratislava. We tried other hotels before we find Arcadia and always looking forward to stay there.

Location and historic building, bed and amenities, variety of snacks, friendly service and all personnel. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Charming charming. We will be back!

Great hotel! Loved the charming decor and the comfort of the rooms. It was a great balance between modern and traditional, and the bed was super comfortable. You can’t beat the location in the middle of the historic old town, and there was a really convenient underground parking within a 1 minute walk for those who may be traveling by car. I wish I had stayed another night to do their wine tasting in the dark!

The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect, the breakfast is great, the staff is very friendly, it has an internal window full of history we did not even know about when we were booking, the rooms are big and spacious.
