Everything was good

The location was perfect, it was clean and had kind staff.

The room didn’t even have slippers, the TV wasn’t in English, and there was no toothbrush or tea bags provided. It was also not quiet – the noise from people and the opening and closing of nearby doors was very loud.

Accommodation was practically in the centre of Bratislava Old Town, a road away from the main square perhaps. The place was practically a courtyard surrounded with rooms. Our room was on the first floor, was clean and had ample space for luggages. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was quite large.

AC wasn't working at the time so we it was a bit cold at first. However, receptionist told us that we can operate the thermostat which heated the room in a few minutes.

The location is excellent. You can't get any better in Bratislava. The price for such a location is exceptional. Everything felt clean and safe.

The room was well-used. The walls were banged up. The paint was scratched. The linens were fraying. The photos are too generous. If you want a luxury hotel experience, don't come here. But, if you just want to have a great location and don't need a super fancy hotel, this is a good choice.

Location of the apartment is almost on the main square, all main tourist locations are easy reachable by walk. Apartment is superb, everything was clean, well equiped with all amenities needed. Since we came in December, heating was already turned on and we came into the warm apartment which is a nice gesture from the host. I would like to point out great personal of the Pallace apartments, check in organization and support from their side was great. We were late due to border rush and we were late for the check in due to Christmas eve. However, they sent us a pin code for elevator /apartment entrance for seamless check in. Also lady helped us with additional blankets and sheets for the kids. I will reccomend Palace apartments to all my friends and will be coming back for sure.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! It has an absolutely fantastic shower.

There is an outside light that stays on for the whole night. The upper half of the door is frosted glass, but there is nothing to block the light.

The apartment was quite large and surprisingly affordable considering the great location.

It would have been nice if there was some tea or coffee included.

During the weekends it gets noisy from the main street. The apartment was not as clean, there were balls of dust next to the bed and a candy paper from previous guests.

Centrally located and clean

Stayed on 3rd floor. When taking elevator, selected 3rd floor but still had to go up 4 flights of stairs. Then, inside room still had to go up to the attic where the bed was located--mattress on platform on the floor. .Staff helped with luggage. She was wonderful and very helpful.

It was a little noisy in the morning with people/cleaners.

Perfect and neat apartment close to all the touristic spots Bratislava has to offer. These beds offered us a solid 12 hours of sleep, just what we needed. Totally recommend!

It would've been a ten if the cleaning staff didn't open the door without knocking. Luckily we were dressed!

Good location, everything was clean. However, cars are not allowed to enter the old town, so we had to walk out of it on a rainy morning to catch a taxi.

There was absolutely no soundproofing — I could hear loud conversations, laughter, and street noise for half the night. Also, the double bed had two separate mattresses that kept sliding apart, and I had to constantly adjust them.

The location is awesome and , the place was very clean and nice . I would definitely book again . Thank you

The only thing that i did not like was that our apartment had a window near the elevator and walking path and everybody could see inside. We used the curtains but there was still a space that was not covered.

Good location. Fully equipped kitchen.

The toilet bowl was dirty, and it was very unpleasant to arrive from a long journey and have to clean and disinfect it. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was minimal, and the cleaning staff does not service the room unless an additional fee is paid. There was excessive noise (every night, guests arrived shouting, and their voices echoed throughout the inner courtyard). The exterior lights were extremely bright and illuminated the entire room at night. The receptionist was not friendly.
