Hotel Arcus Garden

Awesome! The hotel is charming, and I loved its unique design. The rooms and all facilities were spotlessly clean. We parked our car right in front of the building without any issues, and parking was free during the weekend. The breakfast was great, even my son enjoyed it ?

Sweet little boutique hotel on a quiet street outside of old town but walkable to it. Just a block from a lovely park. Nicely furnished and elegant, a great value. Staff was very accommodating in giving us a lower room as we had big suitcases to take up the spiral staircase. We left very early so didn't get to try their breakfast.

Perfect location for visiting Bratislava. A lovely family-run place made with care and attention to detail. Super friendly staff, delicious and plentiful breakfast, great garden, very clean, and we appreciated being able to store our bicycles inside. We’d gladly come back.

Big room, AC available, and of course the beautiful garden for breakfast.

Bed was not so comfortable, pillows were very thin so I had to use 2, tv in the room is small.

The concept of the property is very good and I really enjoyed my three nights stay there. My room was spacious and clean with two large and bright windows overlooking a manicured garden that represents a true value of this place. Quite an oasis in the city. The quality of the night rest was great and overall interaction with the staff was up to high levels. It is not exactly centrally located, but with a negligible effort it is so easy to reach the center by a tram or even on foot. It is a very good detail that the central bus station - Nivy is located on less than 1 kilometers of distance on the flat terrain. The ratio of what was paid and what was received is ideal. There is no doubt that Hotel Arcus Garden will be my place of choice when I visit Bratislava again.

Hotel Breakfast was good. And I like the garden.

The hotel receptionist doesn’t seem cooperative. Once you make the payment, you are at your own. Hotel TV was too old and top of that it doesn’t play any channel. They should remove the TV or put some smart TV.

The location was quiet and not too far from things. The garden was lovely.

I was there during a time where the temperature was hot and having air conditioning would have made the stay more comfortable but in fairness I am sure they stated that they didn’t have ac but I didn’t realize it nor did I realize how hot it would be in Bratislava in June.

I loved the garden view! Big bathroom and tub! The room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, and most of all quiet. I liked the hot cattle and refrigerated in the room. Very important!

The rooms were clean, polite staff, amazing breakfast and the garden was superb.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the main square and Bratislava Castle.

So many stairs. We traveled with a baby and stayed on the second floor, which was not very easy / comfortable.

The room was very clean and cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely good value for money.

We arrived in Bratislava for an event over the weekend.The accommodation was calm and quiet, and they cleaned and tidied the room every day.Unfortunately, we got sick during our stay, but we were able to rest peacefully.

Very nice family run hotel in an old building but beautifully renovated. The staff was very nice and helpful. A lot of choices to choose from at breakfast. Easy access to the city centre on foot or by tram. The hotel is located in quiet area and is easy to find.
