- Really clean and modern, 30 minutes walk to the city center
- Joke for "boutique" hotel = never more ...
- clean, comfortable rooms, the cozy beds, the quiet atmosphere, and the friendly staff who did their best to help. The location was also convenient for getting to the Old Town.
Cons -
- We had breakfeast included, but when we went to eat, there was a table with no chairs free, and we where requested to wait. If we where just the 2 of us, it would be fine, but a had a small baby who wanted to eat and did. T ubderstand that there where some people from exemple, occupying for too long the table, just laughing and speaking not eating anymore. I think they need to Reghin the breajfast area and Make sure they Have enought space
- Noise - reconstruction even if I asked for silent room (and they confirmed my reservation), 2 days of waking up with a hammer drill around 9:00amThe elevator - it stops at the intermediate floors, so you always have to walk up or down the stairs (+ at the time of my arrival, used by construction workers to move materials)Technologies for the room: - motion (instead of presence or standard card holder) detectors for electricity - so if you don't move in the room (e.g. you read something in the bed), the entire room will be turned off (and turned on when you start moving) - A/C isn't working when you are not in the room (I set it to 24 celsius after my arrival at 2pm, but when I returned to the room at 11pm the room temperature was 29 celius with A/C off) - A/C usually says "AC OFF" (and something is clicking in the electrical box right next to the door) after 10 attemts it randomly turns on (then randomly turns off and stays off) - I had to reset the electrical circuit breaker (in the electrical box) for the lights twice in two days (I'm lucky to be a technician, because there was no one at the reception desk at that time - the reception desk is not open 24/7) - the "hot" water was only slightly warm - after filling the bathtub with "hot" water only, there was no sign of steam in the bathroomService:- the preliminary credit card authorization for €50 was a joke – instead of using a standard terminal for authorization of the requested amount, they ask you to fill out a paper with your card details (without verifying the accuracy of the information) :-) - on the first evening, I drank all the soft drinks (as I mentioned above it was 29 degrees Celsius in the room), but the next day no one refilled the minibar (I left the room at 11am and returned at 10pm) - during the first breakfast, no one asked me if I wanted to order anything, so I thought I could only choose from the items that were available...
- Poor communication: The €20 parking fee in front of the hotel with a few spots wasn’t mentioned in advance, and we weren’t informed that the sauna had to be booked ahead of time.when doing the check in – Check-in process: We were asked to write down our card details on paper, which felt outdated and insecure.– Breakfast area: It was overcrowded with no seating available, so we had to take our food and drinks upstairs.– Accessibility issues: The elevator was very small, and we had to carry our luggage up at least one floor.– Air conditioning: It wasn’t working during our stay, and the explanation given (a previous guest interfering with the system) didn’t inspire much confidence.

Clean ,amazing,great staff
Small bed
It was a pleasent stay. Good location, tasty breakfast, confortable rooms with good amenities and very helpful staff. Thank you!
Everything was just lovely! We went on a little Valentine's Day escape and got a very kind upgrade on our room! Everything was impeccable and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was also varied. We were also able to enjoy the pool and sauna! I would 100% recommend it.
Good location! Great breakfast! Nice spa!
From the moment you walk through the door you leave Bratislava behind and enter a retreat of relaxation. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we was catered for and enjoyed every minute of our stay!
There was nothing to not like, from the room, the bed, the facilities including pool and sauna was an amazing and clean experience from start to finish. The minibar was a little overly expensive but that is as to be expected where ever you go in the world, not just in Slovakia.

Small and uncomfortable bed
I would like to say this hotel is high recommended for the great breakfast,Hardware facilities, warm reception
The swimming pool, the sauna, the staff, the bed. It was all amazing. The breakfast was also quite good. The room was quite comfortable.
The room was smaller then we expected. Also there was no toothpaste in the bathroom. The toasts in the breakfast tasted a bit too stiff.
I liked the location and facilities. But the door closed so loudly that starting at 7 AM, I could not sleep usually. So, if you can fix it, please do. Also, my torn hotel bathrobe also declined my general impression. Breakfast was nice, and I also enjoyed the sauna and pool.
loud doors and torn hotel bathrobe
Helpful and nice staff. The hotel is in a very quote street, we could sleep well. Comfortable beds.
The room temperature was quite high for us. We slept with the window a little bit open. Fortunately, the street is very quiet.
Nice room. Good location. Excellent balcony.

The staffThe breakfasts My room : bed quilt pillows all super good quality ; the kettle and tea bags were appreciated too But, the shower glass partition was very ineffective at keeping the sprayed water inside the tub; every shower I took resulted in a pool of water on the bathroom floor = shame ! Should fix this ! The gym sauna and plunge pool
The shower design See comments above
Room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. Very quiet.
Bed matress was too soft. The room was extremely hot and could not turn down heating. We asked for an early breakfast and were told it’s not possible, even though it is mentioned in the booklet in the room.
Excellent staff. The room was verry cosy. The pool and gyme are nice. The whole building was clean. A 20 min walk to old town.
Doors are noisey. Everyone slams their doors since the door locks are hard.
The room was very comfortable and quiet. Just like in the photos.
Not a disability friendly hotel
Good and with care made design of rooms. Nice furniture. Sufficient and nice desk. Rather comfortable room (with the exception of beds). Good shower in the room though the water was first day just warm not really hot.Very good breakfast meals, varied and tasty. Rich minibar.Kettle and tea and coffe available at the room. Replenished daily. Quick internet, though no information about the login and password. Had to phone to someone in the middle of the night - the person was nice though. Staff trying to be helpful, and really nice. Sauna free of charge and hot room very good, but almost no way to cool afterwards - water in shower tepid and after several minutes still not cold enough, and of very low pressure - overhead shower impossible to use. No cold bath available. Nice small "swimming" pool (4-5 meters or so?).
Reception desk open till 10 pm only. Impossible for a hotel of this category and price. I could not believe it. After 10 pm access only by a code sent to your mobile phone. Self-service just like in the highway motel. Had difficulty to enter the code, it did not work properly at the front door. Perhaps my mistake, anyhow. Annoying music throughout all public spaces, and not indifferent quiet lounge music but something someone selected (someone from staff ??) for he liked it. At breakfast rather noisy and disturbing. Considered to go elsewhere for breakfast because of it. First evening and again in the morning not really hot water in a bathroom, just warm. Bed a bit short, similarly the bedsheets, and I am not a tall person. Bed seemed also a bit narrow and very low. Pillows comfortable. No information about the internet access in the room. Had to phone to someone just before midnight to get the login and password. Though the person was nice and picked the phone immediately. No cold water in sauna available. After leaving the hot room it was impossible to cool properly. Water still tepid after several minutes in the shower, low pressure of water, overhead shower impossible to use because of that. No cold bath available. Room rates advertised at the reception desk in print much lower than those available at the hotel internet reservation system despite their claiming that the internet rates are the lowest ones. One expects this when using booking.com but not the hotel's own reservation system (which I did not use, just checked after seeing the advertised prices at the reception).
