The room was very nice, clean. Easy to find, large parking lot

Very comfortable with two babies. Breakfast was very good and staff was very kind. Parking was free and always available.

I liked the fact we had free parking and that it is a bowling alley too, great fun.

I did not like the fact the staff is not skilled in English

The room was nice, clean and comfortable with good wifi. We needed to book very last minute late at night and it was great this could be accommodated thanks to the 24 hour reception and the communication was good with a quick confirmation or the booking and check in time. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere overall. The included breakfast was tasty with good choice of food and drinks. We even got a free drink each included with our booking.

It's a little bit further out of the city centre but still pretty easy to reach by public transport, though the path from the bus stop to the hotel is not very well maintained and not lit up sufficiently.

Clean, well equipped and relatively large room. Nice and supportive staff. Good breakfast.

A bit noisy early morning (industry area around)

We booked the hotel as it was near the airport and we had a late flight arrival, so in that respect is suited our purposes. It was very close to a bus line to get into town, but it would not be somewhere we would want to spend more than one night. Breakfast fine.

Quite a noisy road outside, and while were poring over a map/phones to try and find the way into town, not a single member of staff offered to help.

Location - far from the Center

Breakfast was good, the location as well considering we were there for a concert in Vajnory. The parking was very important to us and we felt safe leaving the car there. Hotel is in a nice and calm neighborhood.

Easy to find in Bratislava. Rooms are large and people working there are great. It was a good choice to make a break on a long trip. Breakfast is perfect. I have to mention a coffee machine which makes great espresso. Very important, there is a perfect bowling space to have a lot of fun.

You can park free your car and sit to a near bus station and go to the city center

For a mid-long stay the structure is ok. Reception is open 24/7 which was good to me.Pretty well connected to the city, if you take the time to familiarize with the public transportation system. The hotel is a good deal price vs quality.The GOOD point is the bed, with an hard mattress which I appreciated.Very useful proximity to a place where to have tasty food (Freshmarkt) and to a big supermarket (Kaufland).

Proximity to Nove Mesto rail station is only geographically apparent. Cleaning staff knocked the door until I opened, even if I placed the "don't disturb" label on the door, so forget if you want to sleep.The fridge is just furniture, it's not working. I asked two times to get it working, two times nothing happened, so forget to keep fresh food or drinks.Booking.com is giving a wrong information since the daily tax is EUR 3.00, not EUR 1.70.

I stayed with my family, two adults and two teenagers, in a family room. We were very pleased with the whole experience, the room was good. I would stay there again.

I arrived a bit late (shortly after midnight), but everything went very smoothly. The breakfast was quite simple, but good. I would appreciate a bit more in terms of bread, as there was just a bit of toast bread.

Whilst getting in later than the restaurant was open, front desk went over and above to ensure I had food in room when I got in late.

Very clean, big room specially for 2 people, and the bathroom was big too. The breakfast was very good tho. And I like that they have bowling inside, and also a restaurant.

Friendly receptionist, comfortable bed and everything was clean.
