Beautiful setting and staff were so nice.
Showers weren't with hot water.

No so clean, not sure if because it was low season.
It's located directly at the (private) beach. The cocktails from the bar are very nice and included in the price. The room we had was very big and comfortable.
The all-inclusive drinks stop at 6PM. While you can enjoy them all day, it's a bit of a bummer that the drinks aren't available in the evening, more so because there's no fridge in the room.
Staff were very helpful. We were given a room with a balcony overlooking loads of rubbish and were moved to a better view by lovely reception lady.
Breakfast was poor, the bar stock was non existent. The hotel felt like it was about to close down (and it was Xmas day whilst we were there) I’d say 10% capacity.
Not much. The air conditioning was cold, which was a good escape from the heat
It was surprising to me how expensive this accommodation is (one of the more expensive ones in the island) considering how terrible it is. The toilet in our room didn’t work, and it took the whole afternoon for it to be fixed (during which we couldn’t use the room). When we came back at night we noticed that the toilet “fix” meant that a little spray of water was flooding the toilet. Additionally, the shower and the sink had no water. There was no one at reception and we couldn’t find ANYONE in the hotel to fix it, so we had to sleep without showering. At night, the hallway night was left on and the flimsy curtains didn’t block any light, we had light glaring in our eyes all night. In the morning, the cleaning lady decided to place her walkie talkie on our window sill and woke us up with their conversation. Hotel staff regularly sat right outside our room being extremely loud, early in the morning, also waking us up. Breakfast was pretty poor - stale cereal, warm milk, and tasteless eggs. Value for money non-existent - we moved to a cheaper hotel nearby that was MUCH better
A very dilapidated hotel. The food awful. I guess you get what you pay for.
The only redeeming qualities were the friendly and helpful staff.
Being on the closest island to Cartagena was most convenient, but the food was underwhelming and the hotel was like being in an abandoned school ground.
This hotel should be charging much less. I felt it was not worth the value. Especially when the neighbouring hotels are cheaper and much nicer.
My girlfriend had a medical emergency to do with her pregnancy and the staff there were so helpful and swift to respond. They arranged a boat to the hopital and for us to stay in their sister hotel. Truely amazing
it was close to the beach
I think is expensive for what you get, my room was small and dark was in the backside of the hotel, wifi was not working, the signal of my phone was not working, is not ideal if you need to work , overall i think is a place just for stay one night but not for really enjoy a holiday if that is your purpose
Food was amazing. Staff was courteous and never rude. Location is nice.
The room itself however was a problematic - the taps came out, the sink was bulgy. The room itself the walls need to be repainted as they are dirty - basically the image make the rooms look a lot nicer than they are.
Many praises to the staff, they tried and make it as good as possible .... So 5 star to the staff
The breakfast was very poor, no selection, cold, no juice, the coffee cold No restaurant in the hotel. But they are trying to sell you an all inclusive on site (extra charge)The staff on the beach who fit the department from the hotel do not comply with the covid 19 guidelines in any way, no alcohol, no mask or anything else ..
my room was not the same as published in the app
