- Everything, cleanliness was horrible, it is NOT a 4 star hotel-I would give it a 2 at best. Room had black mold in it, restaurant service was rude, as was front desk. It was terrible.
- Only thing is the relative distance from the airport and ferry but that is not a problem since they make up for it with a free shuttle.
- There is a colorism issue with staff. Wouldn't recommend for black travelers.

Some of the Staff were very friendly and service oriented, Especially the Hotel Manager/Concierge. Location great. Food mostly good to very good.
Advertised 4*. Effectiv. (Especially Room) 2.5*. Some prices (Beach restaurant) very expensive for what you get. Some Staff (espec. Beach Restaurant) not organized/service bad/extremely slow! Not enough Beach Chairs/Cushions/ Umbrellas for hotel guests.
Location and the beach
Room too small. No ocean view areas except for the bar. Breakfast could be served with an ocean view not on a back site. Even the bar does not have a nice ocean view and the quality and aspect of chairs and hut is terrible.
The customer service was great,the staff at the hotel went out of its way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
Hotel was beautiful. Staff and service was amazing.
