Radisson Serviced Apartments Antananarivo City Centre

Location, cleanliness

The studio i booked supposed to be equipped with coffee machine but surprised that staff told me they removed all coffee machines from the rooms due to non availability of capsules.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff

Lack of variety in breakfast, and traffic around the location

Hotel staff have stolen my AirPods and they refused to message me back after my stay to help recover it.

Location

I was referred by an employee / reception to a taxi that over double the normal rate.

Spacious room, nice beds, good size refrigerator, very friendly staff.

I got many flea bites in my ankles in the room. Restaurant food was not great quality and cost too much..

Perfect location in the city centre close to restaurants and a supermarket

The staff was extremely helpful whenever I needed anything, be it local cash or a ride for a medicine in the middle of the night. Special thanks to Diary for helping me with all the matters. The room was clean and quiet, having an AC there was a big win given how warm and noisy Antananarivo can be. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Special requests (like flowers in the room) took a bit of extra time, I was hoping to get the flowers before we checked in.Also, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom and there was a bit of black mold in the shower.

Good sized room, complete facilities, the washer and drier in the laundry room is very useful. Nice friendly staff

Carpet is a little old and full of stains

Bed and room size

Two large bath towels instead of one large and one medium size.

Very comfortable bed, well equipment in the room with everything you need for convineint stay, Helpful staff with great additude, not far from main transport, supermarket and pub near by

The price for a room without breakfast can be cheaper, also the prices in the hotel restaurant can be reduced to a lower range.

The suites are very spacious, staff are very accommodating and friendly. Good central location.

Breakfast is expensive. Lots of beggars outside to harrass you but this isn't a fault of the hotel.

IT’s modern and clean

Not enough parking space but it’s Tana.

Loved the gym, the view and the rooftop restaurant. Loved my room.

Location was great, stayed there many times before. Rooms were comfortable, after a serious error on the part of the hotel who booked us into a less superior room. Fortunately the Duty Manager arranged a refund for that nigh the remaining two nights met our expectations.

Lift wasn't working when we arrived, and we were put in to a room that we didn't book with poor explanation from the reception staff at the time which was way below expectation of standard.

The choice of different breakfast that what i like.

Carpet need a good clean ..I told them this last time i stay there.

Comfort and location were great we have stayed there on many occasions

The first night we were booked into the wrong room and the lifts were faulty due to a big rain storm which was rectified the next morning the next two nights this was rectified. A big thank you to the duty Manager who arranged a full refund for our first night due to being unconvinced due to the wrong room being allocated. First receptionist lady could do with her manners improving though
