- This is a well maintained property, located reasonably close to the Cotisse bus station. The room was small but the bathroom was good size.
- Location to shops and restaurants. Really friendly and courteous from everyone.
- Very friendly staff. The restaurant is not only good but generally has one dish a day on their daily menu that is simply superb (most often the zébu one)! Good sélection of rhums arrangés.

- The restaurant is offering an expensive selection of meals; they should include several more affordable meals. During our stay, the maintenance staff were varnishing the wood floors with a substance highly volatile with chemicals, and they never used fan to move the air in and out.
- Traffic noise.
- Internet quality remains an issue.

Attentive and welcoming staff. They are consistently asking for feedback. Looks like continuous improvement is in place there. Room was clear. I also notice the hotel is willing to support less energy consumption. That's great !
Although the hotel wants to keep the natural style with the wooden paving for the stairs, it could be slippery if care is not taken.

No water during my stay, a bucket of cold water was provided but i would expect to have a minimum amount of water available from a private tank on the roof to be able to use the shower.The location was not my favorite in tana
