Excellent breakfast- staff very focus on customer satisfaction- They pay to details and make sure I did not forget a thing in room. Front office staffs went over the bills to make sure everything is taken care of. Will definitely recommend the hotel.Thank you all.

Exquisite wooden floor, great view from the patio, outside swimming pool with deck. Also bed in the room very comfortable and linens like new.

I'd say the highlight of the stay is the spa and gym. If you go, for sure pay extra to use the spa and if you are local, I'd say get a manicure. It's actually high quality. The gym is not too fancy, but it does feature a treadmill that works, few weights and there is an outdoor pool with a very nice view.

I'd say it's just a tad pit pricey for what you get. Room is Okay.. but you can tell it's un updated old old building. Ours had a balcony that was nice.

Very nice hotel. It's safe, clean, comfortable. The staff is professional, they take care of their clients. The restaurant is very good and the spa and pool area make the stay even better.

Some of the staff were nice. However some were not. I will not recommend this hotel.With same price or less you can find better hotel. Booking.com missed to propose me many hotels with similar price. I found them two days later and decided to not cancel my booking. I am easygoing person but this stay was my worst vacations

For a 4 star hotel, the hotel is disappointing. The breakfast very basic and I ordered eggs and have to pay. No water as complementary in the room. The AC was not working well. I was intoxicated at the restaurant due to not fresh food. I vomited and was not feeling well. I received misleading advice when I asked information to go to pochard market. I found later that the information provided was false since pochard market was almost at working distance from the hotel.

Nice big room with a balcony. Wooden floors. Very good food in the restaurant. Very friendly, hospitable and helpful staff. Personal attention. Good breakfast. Plenty of storage space.

The Hôtel arranged a transfer from the airport, who was waiting for us. Easy check in. Large rooms, spotless clean. Breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice. Pool really great for relaxing after sightseeing. Snacks and drinks delivered to the pool area. All the staff were really helpful. Fantastic location. I would highly recommend

It was decent but it wasn’t anything too spectacular. The free breakfast was actually quite good.

I live and work in Tana and only came here for my birthday specifically to do something nice and different than my everyday routine with the only two genuine friends I’ve made here in three months (who both happen to be women), and specifically to use the pool since it’s so hot and it’s too hard to get out of Tana for the weekend sometimes. Basically the sauna was broken, and despite the concierge telling my two friends they could both join me at the pool for free, the people at the spa charged us 120k Ariary for the third person which is insane. They also wouldn’t let my two friends even go to my room and they were really acting worse than strict parents about what three consenting adults may or may not do. I wasn’t even going to pay that ludicrous amount just to use the pool but that was literally the only reason why I wanted to go there and why they came to see me there. So I finally paid it and we were having fun in the pool just playing around but at this point it was dark and cold and raining, so we were all holding each other for warmth and being only slightly affectionate. We were not even kissing, and definitely not doing anything illegal. However, the staff kept watching the three of us like voyeurs out the window and just staring to an uncomfortable extent. Like they were really the real perverts lol We were the only people even using the pool and definitely not doing anything wrong! There were rich white stuff clientele who stared a little bit at us too, and I can only imagine that all these people were just angry to see three attractive young people enjoying their lives together, and it was so hurtful to their miserable joyless lives that they had to send a manager out to the pool to threaten to kick us out for being “inappropriate”. My mind was blown since we weren’t doing anything but being slightly affectionate and these perverts are acting like we’re out there with the audacity to enact their taboo sexual fantasies. Perverts.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was good.

Nice hotel in city center, proffesional staff. Very good restaurant with view to the city, not far from the other restaurants, markets etc.

The staffers were polite and helpful. Some of them spoke good English.

The food was mediocre. In particular, there were no omelettes for breakfast. For those staying more than a day or two, the menu was short and monotonous. We ended up using "L'Arrivage," a good seafood restaurant a few steps from the hotel.

The breakfast was repetitive. The nature of the floor (wooden) means that you can hear every movement on the corridors - can either have carpet installed or have sound proof walls

Internet was a bit patchy, but staff sorted it all out.

Great view over the city and old markets and extremely comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant and good service.

Excellent hotel overall with fine restaurant and the most comfortable bed we had in Madagascar. The views from the room are fabulous. Walkable to other local restaurants and even straight down the hill to the central market.

Wifi was slow and sometimes disappeared which is unfortunately normal in Madagascar.

Pleasant staff members. Clean. And the food was good but it should be a bit cheaper.

The hotel restaurant had great food and the local musicians were good- we bought their cd even though we don’t have a cd player!

Beware: this hotel was definitely overpriced for the area. We were uncomfortable with the front desk staff trying to bully us into a more expensive tour- they also tried to intimidate our driver.
