Breakfast was great. Good location.

Power went off for a few hours.

The hotel is a great facility in a central area.. great location. But what makes a hotel is the people. The entire staff was 5 Star. They always had a smile on their faces. Stefana, the hotel Director,went out of her way to help me with an issue I had (mailing a parcel to the U.S.) and then followed up to make sure it was taken care of. Absolutely outstanding. Thanks to all for making my stay so special

Gorgeous, comfortable room that exceed our expectations based on photos. Spa was beautiful, and was able to accommodate a last-minute appointment. Enjoyed having 2 food options to choose from between the lobby restaurant and the cafe. Booked an airport transfer and the hotel's van was by far the most comfortable vehicle we experienced during our time in Madagascar.

Stayed on a Friday night and the music from a bar down the street was quite loud inside our room, but we slept well with earplugs. Staff at the spa was lovely but spoke very little English.

Location

Room was very small and definitely not the size they say. My friends had small but passable rooms. I got a room of about 10 square meters. I think it used to be a utility closet. I would definitely not recommend this hotel: it only looks nice from the outside and is definitely not worth the money! The staff is very slow and everyone says different things. They couldn't even agree among themselves when my checkout time was.

Good location in the city centre, with some restaurants and places to go out in the area (the area is relatively safe even at night). The pool and spa area is nice and clean.

For a four-star hotel, the rooms are very small. There is a bit of mould in the shower, which is not ok for this kind of hotel.

The pool was incredible. It was a good temperature and very well designed. The room was comfortable and also well designed with three different levels making the space feel so much bigger. The kids loved it. The breakfast was acceptable, considering Madagascar.

The staff at the spa kept asking us to be quiet when swimming, which is near impossible for little kids to do when swimming. Room service was 15,000 ariary each time, which was unreasonable considering the kitchen is just downstairs. The room wasn't soundproof, so we could hear the noise of the party at the hotel as well as parties happening in town till late in the evening and then early morning we could hear noise coming from the street. The GM should consider moving the breakfast buffet table to the shady part of the space - it was hard to see the spread with the sun shining directly into our eyes and the space was confined and uncomfortable to dish up in. To add to the breakfast, the waiters can walk around to take egg requests.

Good hotel in a great location

Bathtub as shower is both irritating and passé in a hotel - designed by people not travelling. Breakfast was poxy with very limited items to chose from.

The staff was always welcoming, smiling, helpful and professional. They were flexible with check-in and check-out hours. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Thank you Duca and Lalaina for accommodating my requests and making my stay comfortable. Food was exceptional albeit limited breakfast buffet. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Good shower pressure. Very good location and access to other restaurants and the city center. I felt safe there as a solo traveller.

The only down part was the slowed internet connection in the rooms was frustrating, maybe consider adding boosters?

Restaurant food was ok but overpriced for what it was. Best to go out for lunch and dinner

Awesome spa, great hotel

The bathroom was outdated and unpractical which works not be the case for an hotel of this range.

Great place to stay in Antananarivo. Was upgraded to a lovely room, enjoyed the pool and sauna, had a wonderful facial. 100% recommend.

Breakfast is great but restaurant could be improved. The vegetarian options are not very tasty.

Location is great, the breakfast and food in general is delicious, love the facilities and spa, very pleasant stay for working trips.

Requested a room with a bathtub during the reservation, staff quickly responded with a confirmation. Buffet breakfast. The staff is very polite. I was staying large corner room with a balcony, a large bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Access to the gym, spa, and swimming pool.

Location

They must improve the breakfast but they were in refurbish work inside the hotel and probably that was the cause.

The breakfast was excellent. Very welcoming staff .

The internet connection was quite slow. And the room i was staying in was sinking and the lights was not working well.

Loved the location, the pool, spa, staff, and cafe separate from the restaurant for quick bites.

The rooms are comfortable, modern, clean, stylish with beautiful views out over the roof tops of the haute ville of Antananarivo and the blooming jacaranda. The spa and workout room are great. The Citron Poivre is a nice informal place for a quick solo meal or a working meeting with colleagues.

The basic rooms are a bit small and I find the breakfast expensive.
