Friendly, helpful staff. Nice view from upper floors.

Beware: The restaurant on the top floor is a separate business, so you cannot charge your meal to your room, and they DO NOT accept credit cards.

Nice hotel in the city centre, good value.

Hot water takes a while to come.Breakfast options could be improved.

I had a pleasant stay here, I actually extended because I liked the hotel, the location and facilities.The reception is very helpful and friendly, also if you want to do tours they can also arrange something.Security guards were great!Everything was good also the food upstairs at the restaurant, more than what I expected.

The breakfast was basic, but good, the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. The rooftop terace is very nice.

The wi-fi didn't work. Every floor has different wi-fi and neither worked.

Sole hotel is perfectly located in the city, full of life during the day, quiet at night. The hotel has such friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. The room was perfect with wardrobe, desk and fridge. The hotel has a restaurant and a nice terrace at the top. English is also spoken at the hotel. I would highly recommend Sole Hotel for your stay in Antananarivo.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly, from the guard at the door, receptionists, waitresses, cleaners and the guys that were helping us with our luggage. Super

They can improve on the breakfast and provide a variety of brrads, cheese, cold meats, juice and water from what they provided.The hotel is situated in a very busy area at the centre of town and that they can't do anything about it.

Poor bathroom facilities. Toilet not flushing, very low water pressure.

You get what you pay for. Good price for the room Good sized room and bathroom. Had a fan which we didn't need but could have been handy.

Could be cleaner. Toilet didn't flush well at all and the shower had no barrier and mounted way too high resulting in water flooding throughout the bathroom. Staff didn't seem to know the area and was not very helpful with activities and questions - for example the taxi they hired for us broke down in the middle of nowhere and they were uncontactable.

Very convenient central location at a good price.

Not big issues, but the toilet wouldn't flush properly and had to remove top to flush manually and get it to then refill. Also towel holder behind bathroom door was broken by previous clients and propped back in place to make it look like it was fine. Little things for sure and the staff said they would get someone to address the problems. Also because our room was at the end of the hallway we had to wait 5 mins for hot water to arrive for showers and handbasin.

Nice, clean room, comfy bed.

Shower was weak, to have hot water was necessary wait very long.

Very accommodating staff. Close to the centre of town, with many restaurants.

The "buffet style" breakfast is a bit of a disappointment. They should move back to the continental breakfast (more hygienic).

The toilet bowl flashing is defective. Only one soap has been issued. For my 4 days stay. No body clean our room during the 2nd day till our last day..
