A hidden gem in Münster! Friendly staff, we were allowed -although after some insistence- to park our small motorbikes safe in front of the reception (very cool! Thanks again). The hotel was about a 30-minute walk from the city centre.The breakfast was complete and we lacked nothing. A must for those who want to explore the city for a weekend.We will be back!

Everything else. Staff rude, no proper facilities for dinner . Location js awful and in the middle of a huge medical facility. My room was also mixed with random apartments

Free parking and breakfast. Lovely helpful staff. Even have tea/coffee in the room now.The only downside is its a little far from the centre.I would definitely stay here again.

The room is large and convenient. The staff is friendlyI travelled for business, and location was very convenient for me. But it fits less people travelling for vacation, because it is far from main attractions

Although initially it seems you are in the wrong place (the hotel is in the middle of a massive Red Cross compound, thus the name DRK), people in reception were super friendly. The location is a bit outside the city center, but manageable to walk if you’re used to it (roughly 2km).But for us, the nicest surprise was when we got to our rooms and found out they had prepared everything for our two dogs that were staying with us. Bowls, mats, blankets and snacks! Honestly so carefully thought, to even have a tag to hold to the door in case the dogs are staying inside while you are away for something.Would recommend the place for anyone, but if you’re traveling with your pet, this is definitely a great place to be.

Description mentions they rent bikes and there is hairdryer in the room, but it wasn't true in my case.Brighter light in the rooms would be good.

More suited to conference accommodation than hotel. Breakfast from 6.30-9 and rooms vacated by 10. No tea coffee in room , beds basic twin beds on separate sides of room with light switches on one quite high up

The location is out of the main town area, quiet, clean and basic. Staff at reception was very helpful. Breakfast was very light, staff not friendly or helpful.

It was not clear that these accommodations were in a “Red Cross” building next to medical offices. Location was quite a distance from town center.

Attached to a blood clinic and felt like a hospital room. Location was terrible.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, with a lot of green spaces around. It's very comfortable to hear birds singing in a town.

Booked this hotel while ‘on the road’ an hour or so before arrival because it is listed as having a bar and a restaurant and we would be arriving after 8pm.There is no bar and the restaurant is only available/open to hotel guests for breakfast. We had to walk about a mile from the hotel to get something to eat and drink.

Quiet hotel near the lake and a walk into the botanical gardens and town centre. Spacious room. Bistro great for a quiet, after restaurant drink. Breakfast as good as any. Free parking. Good value.

No tea or coffee in room, but that's true for most of Europe apart from the UK. Really, I'd recommend to anyone who has the capacity to walk a few miles.

Everything was clean and very comfortable.The young lady at the reception last night was very kind and helped me with all of my questions and even went out with me to show me the was to Edeka before it closes.She‘s great! In you read this, thanks again!!

It would be a Bonus in you could sell Toothpaste and a teeth brush in the Hotel for guests who have forgotten theirs at home . :)

Fine personnel, clean room

This was more a dormitory than a hotel, for a hotel price tag. Small bed, even smaller TV, breakfast in the canteen, not a restaurant.
