Hotel Münster Kongresscenter Affiliated by Melia

Great location, friendly staffs, complimentary bottle of water, the ample breakfast , lobby with a bar, comfortable and clean, with paid guest parking (€5/ N)

We stayed in a standard room, no closet, no water kettle or complimentary coffee or tea

Convenient to town and wedding facility

No AC

This is a very nice and comfy business hotel, but cute and cozy enough for a pleasure stay as well! The hotel is a bit far from Munster center, but I was attending a concert at Skater's palace which is walking distance from this hotel. THere si a bus stop just across the street (#8 Bus) which takes you directly to the Altstadt (old town). The value is really good considering how big and comfortable the rooms are. The common spaces are very cozy and beautiful as well. The staff at the desk/bar were very nice and helpful. I'd certainly return if seeing show at one of the nearby venues.

Nothing!

good location and parking place

The bathroom, (no hot shower water), the sauna, the bar and restaurant. It needs an update

Good location to visit the city, walkable distance.Great breakfast, enough choice and great bread.

They use waterproof sheets on the matrasses. That way I wasn't able to lose my warmth. That was annoying. And the sheet crunches, which can wake you up when you turn.

Rooms, bed and breakfast were ok.

Strange smell in the lobby area, no facilities to charge electric car, bathroom smelled extremely to smoking, expensive room for 1 night due to christmas market

Excellent location for the Oktoberfest clean comfortable and a wonderful breakfast

No kettle for tea but a great coffee machine

Centrally located for my needs, nice facility and rooms

No ac but described as having ac, bars are nearby so very loud at night most the night

Relatively modern hotel. You can walk to the city center, but it is at least 20 minutes. Good bed. Nice coffeemachine on the room.

No airconditioning and, according to my personal expectation, that didn't match the price the hotel charged for the night. Sleeping with window open was not very comfortable because people were discussing outside the entrance of the hotel till late in the night, and noise in the hallway also comes into the room during the night. My booking was without breakfast because the hotel did not offer the combination "cancel until" & "breakfast included"- they charge 22 euros for a breakfast which made the stay expensive.

The staff was friendly, there was plenty of parking space, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended. Thank you for giving our family a happy time.

Good Breakfast, nice and quiet room

Mattress was a bit too soft for my preference.Sauna itself was OK, but the room to rest only had 2 canvas chairs and no other facility at all to be able to even sit on . , so only 2 people could enjoy it

Pleasant

Hotel was fully booked and they charged the typical trade fair price way above reg rate. This is of course a function of supply and demand but never great to overpay for a product.

breakfaststaff helpful

bed not so comfortablelocation not good

breakfast greatlocation nice and silentstaff helpful

bed not comfortableheater not work well

Very friendly staff, good atmosphere.

A hotel without air-conditioning? That was kind of unexpected. Hot weather, almost impossible to open a window due to vicinity of train station and continuous presence of smokers in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was excellentParking facilitiesStaffs very friendlyCheck out at 12pm Bed and room comfortable

NA

Really Nice place and rooms, beds, bathroom. Breakfast was good and easy to get.

Breakfast, staff friendly

Pillows not comfortable, coffee cups in room were dusty

Nice modern hotel with plenty of parking space for a very reasonable price. We arrived early but our room was already available for us. Check-inn was quick, very pleasant and profesional by a very friendly receptionist. It"s about a 10 minutes walk to the city centre. There was a coffee machine in the room and 2 fans(1 ceiling fan). The bathroom was spacious and clean. We would love to come again.

very clean, with very late check out, water, coffe in the room.

lack of AC, can be warm in the sommer, but not a big problem.
