Hotel Hiltruper Hof

The stuff was very friendly and the room nice.

I got the wrong access code for the hotel and could therefore enter the hotel only much later. I got a reduction on the hotel price though

Good

Hotel and restaurant are two separate companies, so separate invoices. Food good but expensive

I stayed there on my work trip for three weeks and it's exactly what you need. Rooms are comfy and good size. Very convincing location, out of city with Aldi Lidls and little cafes surrounded. Good-size free of charge car park opposite the hotel makes your stay even easier. Staff at reception very helpful, guy called Hendrick done all of my stay invoices in very professional manner. I will definitely stay there when I am in Munster next time. Top place!

This is a gem of a hotel. Traditional with wooden booths and tiles in the bar and restaurant. Young friendly bilingual, efficient hard working staff, good food . Well patronised by the locals( always a good sign) nice outlook over the church from the room and balcony. Just comfortable and excellent value

Really nothing . At this price range you can’t get better

One Old lady at the reception was very rude, with the door code I and the other guest had problem, flies at room,

The staff was friendly. There was a parking place for free directly on front of the hotel.

It was noisy: sound of a machine in the background (irritating till late at night) and we too a room on the street side (load buses and cars)

The hotel is on a main road but I had a room in the back looking over an old stone chapel and green lawn, so it was quiet. Room was clean, lots of light, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom fine for one person. Staff were helpful. Parking was across the street in a public lot but was free for my stay. Grocery store a short walk away. Didn't go to any restaurants nor had the breakfast so can't comment. Happy with my stay overall.

Like many hotels in Europe, there was no elevator so hauling my luggage up a few flights of stairs was a workout. But I'm used to it.

Free parking on the other side of the road. Staff helpful. Room had a balcony with lovely view of a church.
