Great location and service. Was impressed that the garage was kept for overnight guests ? especially during the holidays Truly enjoyed the room and breakfast as well

Everything! Super location, super breakfast, room was great!

Parking garage is one of the hardest to get in and out of. Lots of back & forth to ensure the car wasn't damaged. One can tell by the markings on the walls that many cars did not make it out of the garage unscathed. Probalby not much the hotel can do about it but beware if you have a car that is not mid-size or smaller. SUVs and Combis will have major problems!

Excellent location in the heart of Munster old town. Very clean and quiet comfortable room backing on to housing.Comfortable beds and close to several Bäckerei for breakfast. Convenient parking under hotel.

Flat pillows seem to plague us at all hotels in Germany, as do tiny elevators.

A well positioned standardised hotel that is suitable but a little to squishy for an extended stay. Positives: lovely staff, parking at the hotel, very clean, Tea/coffee and a fridge facilities. Munster is a gorgeous town with lots of charm. This hotel is located close to restaurants and the shopping district- wish we could have stayed longer.

Firmer pillows needed. When driving to the hotel go slow and drive in to the right before the hotel as it is a 2 klm loop back around if you miss the turn.

Liked the room, clean , comfortable and airy. Great location very friendly and helpful staff especially as we don't speak German. Could have tea/ coffee in room. Parking very tight for large cars/ SUV,s. There is public car park a short walk away .Great breakfast selection. If ever back in Munster would definitely stay here.

Location was excellent, close to the city center and the Christmas markets. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and the parking spot was a lifesaver!

It was a peaceful hotel in an extremely quiet area. Having its own parking at an average price was a big convenience. Münster isn’t a very large area, so it was also close to the center. The room was clean and secure.

It's not a major issue, but the shower door tends to make everything wet when it opens.

Very clean modern hotel with everything you would expect from a city centre hotel.There was very good secure bicycle storage and reception staff were friendly and helpful

PILLOWS , BEDS , lack of wardrobe bizarre position of tea , coffee equipment. Absolutly overpriced for the size / comfort of the room.

Clean, good parking lots, great location

Very modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Right beside park and lake so great for runners

I sleep with the window open so was woken several times by smokers from the hotel restaurant. It's fine to have a bar but if the customers go on the street to smoke and then wake up other guests it's a bit pants. Why not make a smoking area on the carpark side and direct customers there. Having said that the shouting match between two drunk people and a lady a floor above me was funny.

Real value for money

There was only one pillow per person and is was very soft, however we asked for two more which were immediately delivered.

Attractive and welcoming, just out of the centre but well located for major sights, and for walking to the Aasee for a breath of air. Well furbished and fitted so a room that wasn't huge felt perfectly spacious.

I had booked a double room and got a twin with beds pushed together (but sliding apart rather easily). No wardrobe and the hanging space is over the kettle, which was an odd choice practically. But a small thing!

Room was well equipped and comfortable. Hotel was walking distance to the main attractions in Münster. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Reception staff struggled to have time in the evening to serve at the bar sometimes.

Clean and well appointed

The car park is too low for a car with a roofbox. I had to go down late at night and manoeuvre around all the pipes attached to the ceiling to avoid wrecking my roof box and the hotel. It would've been nice if the person on reception who could see my car mention this. The hotel charged me extra for the privilege of scratching my box lid on their car park roof. The parking is not included in the basic charge
