Flowers Hotel Munster

Spent a week here. Fun and colorful interior, great breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and rooms equipped with kitchenette and other necessities. Great location with a short walk from the city centre. My room was located on the opposite side from the central station and had no problems with noise from the city/train station. The weather was warm during my staying there, and the room temperature was easy to adjust by using the blinds during the day and sometimes opening the windows, and the radiator by night when it got colder outside. The hotel also have a spacious roof terrace where you can relax in the sun or shade with a cold drink. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by. Münster city offers lots of activities and scenic views. One recommendation is to rent a bike for the day by the central station.

Some noise from the gym downstairs but not really a problem. The neighbourhood is home to some of the city’s troubled and less fortunate people, but they mind their own business and I felt safe there during the whole stay.

The place is really very nice, very colourfull, full with good vibe..The room is big and nice. Only i have slept near the window...and i feel like i had the air conditioning upon me. The window was closed but probably the glass has a problem..

The entire hotel is gross. Thick green carpet throughout that’s dirty, with huge stains in on the carpet in the rooms. The walls and ceilings are completely dirty. And the towels in the bathroom were folded but looked like they had been used.

Great location, less than 500 m from main train station, easy access, very friendly & helpful staff.

Only 2 pillows in room, when we asked for an additional 2 pillows we were told that there weren't any.

Breakfast was great, location was handy.

Bathroom fan was outrageously loud, like a truck in the neighbouring room.Carpet was quirky, but a bit grubby.

No ventilation or A/C in the room, but window can open. Unfortunately, the room is looking down on the rails at the train stastion, so much noise when the window is open (ear plugs supplied by the hotel...). OK on a cold day with the window closed, but not ideal on a hot day.No access to reception, even when arriving at 18h. Self check-in after calling, not too convenient.

Great location, 5-10 min walk from Munster Central Rail Station .. big room ... excellent breakfast with plenty of options... friendly staff... English speaking receptionist...

The room was quite big, and well equipped with sink, water boiler, and basic kitchen staff. The bed was extremely comfortable. The windows were quite good to block the sound of the railway station nearby.

The carpet was so thick ,that it is probably impossible to clean it properly.There was no air co dition which makes it hard during a hot summer to rest.

The pillows

Very simple, but delicious breakfast with nice options. Very helpful personnel and extra services as umbrella, all the kitchen equipment for individual preparation of food. Very nice terrace on the top to spend time and have food there.

Very noisy environment, because of closed train station and local noisy neighborhood. A lot of homeless and junk people around the hotel area. It is difficult to pone the window because of the noise.

The decor was really nice and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was done quite well with lots of different options to choose from as well as several drinks. The atmosphere was cozy and nice.

There was quite loud music late at night but it stopped soon after too so it wasn't too bad. The chairs in the breakfast room were a bit small however so sometimes it was slightly difficult to sit comfortable.

1-bathroom fan sounded like an airplane and stayed on for 10 minutes after turning out the light 2 - lots of street people noise at night time don’t expect to get to sleep before midnight 3 - TV channels very sporadic with many of the maybe 12 channels poor quality and pixelated

Large modern room and bathroom. Ideal location only 5 minutes from station, supermarkets and budget eating places next door areas. Rooms are on 3rd and 4th floors. Need card to get in door of building.

The booking.com website needs to state the reception closes at 8pm. If I hadn't read that fact in a review I would still be on the sidewalk, as we only use wifi to access information, no Europe cellphone, I had to get a person who spoke German to ring the hotel to get the door code the day before as our train was 2 hours late from Holland and arrived in Munster after 10pm. So access to hotel entry is only negative.

The decor is cute and the outside terrace is a nice place to sit. I can imagine it's really great to go outside when it's warm. The room was also comfortable and the bathroom seemed to be newly renovated. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is very close to the city centre and there are many restaurants surrounding the hotel.

The hotel overall seemed a little old and slightly dirty. There was a cleaning rag left in the shower when we first got into the room and we did not have toilet paper. The vibes of the whole hotel was a little weird. The breakfast was very bare bones and it would have been nice to have had a little more variety (and there were barely any vegan options). There were also many junkies and strange people who seemed to hang out in front of the hotel which is a little uncomfortable.

Nice hotel on walking distance of the centrePrice / quality is oke. Also breakfast.Very near to the parkinghouse.18 eur/day.In the area a lot of Kebab eating places.Further on in the street a lot of "shady perons", but you don't need to go there.

After 20.00 hour no reception anymore and no possibility for a drink.But on the oher side of the road there is a grocery-store and you can have you own drink in the breakfast room.

That was one hell of a boring breakfast and definitely overpriced. The room was at the rooftop, which restricted my movements.

Room was neat and clean and good value for money

There was no airconditioning and it was warm when we were there. The staff didn't speak very good english.
