Toilet is clean.There's a hairdryer

-It's very loud at night. People opening and closing doors in the corridor, and other people hanging out in the street till late.-Pillows are very soft-No amenities (toothbrush,...)- internet not working most of the time, and cell reception is minimal.

The location is really good,walking distance to the main station and the old city center.

The bathroom is not the best, it was clean but not the best.

The Ibis Munster City made a good basecamp from which to explore the city centre and wonderful Christmas Markets. Short walking distance to everything. The breakfast buffet selection is good and all you really need.

No kettle tea/coffee making facility in room and drinks machine downstairs only available to guests at breakfast. From our experience other hotels in the chain allow access to hot drinks anytime. Beds are ok but not the most comfortable, noisy sheets and the mattress slips!Small shower room but adequate.

We were helped by Yasin by our check in and that was actually the only pleasant contact we had with reception staff.Hotel location is good, near the Christmas markets, reason we were there for.

Receptionists never acknowledged nor made eye contact when we were in or out. Maybe that's common for ibis standarts?

Good location, easy accessible by car or train. Short walk to city center and Oktoberfest (reason we stayed there). For that, it is perfect!

Really small room with a lot of dust everywhere (under the bed!). Pillows are terrible (ask for more, better or bring your own). And way, way over priced. Obviously due to Oktoberfest, but when I pay 190 a night, I expect WAY more.

Website advised that parking was available at the hotel (for a fee) but that was not true: staff member at check-in was not helpful with this.

Excellent location for a city trip to Münster. Both the old city center and the harbor are within a 15-minute walking distance from the hotel. There is a large parking garage next to the hotel with sufficient parking space and the option for electric charging. The daily rate for this parking garage is 18 EUR.

Easy to find near the cbd

Staff are quite nonchalant in the fact they provide information like they are being helpful. But instead you are getting lectured in a can’t be bothered attitude

The location is great and the room was comfortable. I did not have much during breakfast but it seemed to be ok.

The WiFi was not stable

Hotel is close to the city centre (Altstadt). Also close to central station. Parking garage near by.

Beds were small (no king size) and hard. Airconditioning was not working properly. Temperature in the rooms was high.

The location was very central. I just walked to reach every main sight-seeing. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was friendly and careful. I used public closed parking area in the next door.

Choice of eggs (Omelet, etc.) can offered in the breakfast. No body lotion in the bathroom.Windows are locked and not openable for fresh air.

The bathroom was really tiny and the shower floor flooded very quickly. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Well located for access to the town. Good breakfast catering for a Gluten Free diet too. Clean room and quiet.Car park right next door if nothing available on site.

No guest lounge area.

Good location just in the edge of the town centre and close to but also far enough away from the main station. Everything worked, the shower was the best thing proper pressure and left you feeling refreshed. Staff very good, helpful and professional.

Hotel is looking tired hasn't been refurbished in a while and what looked modern when new, now looks dated. Beds ok for most I suspect, but not for me - not enough support on my hips. €4.30 for a bottle of filtered tap water was excessive, had to pay for internet that wasn't reminiscent of dial up modems.

1. The location is very near to the train station and city center 2. The staffs were nice and helpful. They could speak basic English3. And the room was very quite4. We didn't book breakfast, so couldn't say anything about it.

1. The pillows were toooooo low2. The sewer in bathroom was blocked, ew ....3. The carpet seemed clean, but somehow I had allergies with the carpet. Should be fine, if others don't do exercise in the room

Clean rooms, great bar, brilliant location.

Nothing I disliked.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, everywhere was so nice and clean! Location was great, not even a 5 minute walk from the train station and city centre. Beds super comfy, good wifi and the bathroom was really spacious too. Would definitely recommend and would stay here if I'm ever visiting again (:
