There were a couple of front desk employees that were good to work with and did what they could for us. It was also a pretty clean environment.

The water was not clean enough to drink so the hotel was providing water bottles. My wife is prone to infection and we didn't want her to shower with this water but the hotel would not let us cancel our 2nd night so she had to shower with water bottles.

Great staff- lots to choose at breakfast - comfortable beds and good location close to the train station.

Hands down the ugliest hotel room I’ve ever been in. The sort of rubber floor, bright yellow and pink colors… the whole thing felt like a children’s prison cell… or some Nickelodeon themed hotel. And the hallways are unnerving with black walls and a trippy floor padding. I cannot believe someone actually designed this and for their bosses’ approval and it got built.“Why did you book then?” It was all we could find in Münster for this weekend. And it worked fine but wow…

Excellent location, small and sober room, but more than adequate. Breakfast was a delighter.

We didn't feel that the beds were made. We found a hair band between the sheets. You can smell cigarets.

The hotel is conveniently located by the train station and not far from the city center. The Breakfast is good, the bed was decent but pillow was not comfortable. Shower was nice.

The whole aesthetic of the hotel was too cold and there was not a proper area to work with a laptop. The decoration, for example the carpet in common areas, had a visually upsetting desing which does not help to feel relaxed.

Excellent continental breakfast, great location. Friendly staff. Exceptionally designed rooms.

Clean and central, good breakfast

Conveniently located at the train station and easy to find. The rooms are a bit 'trendy' looking and mostly white but with some bright colors. The rooms are quite small but not cramped. Overall everything is fine and clean. The breakfast is also pretty good for the price. There is nothing fancy, but all ok. Better than other breakfasts from hotels in the same price range.

The hotel still has no potable water so to drink and brush teeth you have to get bottles from the reception. This was the case already 7 months ago and continues to be the case. It is considered 'safe' to shower, but it still might make travelers nervous and it is always annoying to have to use bottled water for everything.

Impeccably clean rooms. Excellent smart TV with ChromeCast support. Central location, practically within the train station terminal.

The room and hotel design are the antithesis of cozy, based on sharp diagonal lines and stressful bright yellows. The interiors are sparse and inhospitable, even lacking space for suitcases. It felt like a hospital room or, at best, a "capsule hotel" experience in bedroom size. The floor is industrial in appearance and feel.

Very central near train station and near cycle renting

Unfortunately there was a drinking water problem. But the hotel offered enough mineral water bottles and information was given in advance.

Easy access from parking

Cheap modern taste. Felt like a hospital. In addition, faucet water was contaminated and instead the hotel guests needed to resort to plastic bottles (which were provided) to do simple things as brushing teeth. In my opinion, the hotel should have been closed until the water situation was remedied.

Central location close to the main station

The interior design was grating. Also, the water in the bathroom was not suitable for drinking or cleaning your teeth. Mineral water was provided instead, but the water from the tap also had a disgusting smell and we did not use the shower, either.

Very good location next to the central station with shops all around, fitting price for the room, very clean, large shower, helpful and polite staff, large window and despite that no noise (from the street or other rooms).

WLAN didn't work around our room (but did elsewhere), the room was too hot even though the air condition device was set to the coolest temperature and maximum power, the bed was too soft (caused minor backache), the curtains didn't cover the window fully and as a result it was very bright very early in the morning.

Facilities are comfy, location great.

Hotel is in a great location at the train station. Everything feels new, the room on the top floor was comfortable, modern and clean. Breakfast was good and the team were friendly. Would definitely stay again.

There are no good shutters - just for me important.

Felt it was a very basic hotel, but staff were pleasant and the room was clean. I did not eat in the Hotel, so cant say anything about the food. Felt like more of a business location more that a romantic destination.

I would have liked to have Tea and Coffee facilities in the room, or refreshments.

Tv couldn’t be turned off, water in the mornings at best lukewarm

Very good location and quite clean.

The water is not drinkable and hasn't been for some time, which is quite annoying. My shower water also didn't turn hot. The white walls are quite worn-down, lots of weird stains.

The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The location was great, central, but quiet.
