ibis budget Muenster City

Close to city center, great breakfast, nice service.

AC did not work properly, luckily windows could be opened and I could cool down the apartment

Location, easy to get to train station and walk to town center. Very good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Left luggage storage. Quiet room with good beds. Clean, colorful, fun appearance.

Few power outlets. Power outlets on head board so easy to accidently turn off/ on. Not enough hooks or shelves for things.

Great location in city center near parking. Very clean.

all of it! very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, good location.

it was all very good

Clean

The pillows were not comfortable and thin

Clean, nice staff, good breakfast

It was quite warm in the room

The location was easy to find, the room was very clean, and the decor was new and colorful. The service was also very friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay.

i liked the room design and it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was good.

The door was a bit hard to close properly though (had to slam it sometimes).

Close to the station, and lots of shops, the shower warms up very quickly!

Found trash here and there in the room that I had to throw away because I brought pets with me. Sadly no restaurant

The location is easily accessible from the main train station, so ideal if you have a heavy luggage. The breakfast is really good and the staff are super helpful and nice.

The location was ok, near the train station, even though I didn't use the train during my stay.

Facilities in the rooms: no cupboard to put your clothes, very small room

The staff was very friendly and available. The room was comfortable, and the location of the hotel was perfect to me.

Cozy hotel in front of the central station. Everything was perfect, from location, to breakfast and staff! Excellent value for money!

It's an IBIS budget hotel so you don't go with huge expectations - it was in fact better than we expected. Friendly, helpful staff greet you on arrival. Rooms are compact but have everything needed. Building is modern and well maintained. Location near the train station is very central and everything Munster has to offer - there is quite a lot, a lovely city centre- is in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Surprisingly, a free breakfast was included in our room rate - continental option only but decent amount of choice and value for money. Decent free wi-fi.

Could clearly hear a conversation in the adjacent room. Fortunately, there was no noise at night as all guests seemed to respect the requests to keep the noise down. Not really a criticism because the hotel tells you before you go. but if you arrive by car you need to park in the adjacent railway station multi-storey car park at a cost of 14 Euros for 24 hours. By the way the exit ramp is very tight and anything bigger than a medium SUV will need very careful handling to avoid unwanted scrapes! Also, nothing to do with the hotel but Munster is one of the many German cities that have a low emissions zone covering the Central area which applies to all vehicles - the hotel and car parking is, I think. outside the LEZ.

Clean, friendly, efficient

Carpet colour

Location, personnel

Beds were too hot, we woke up several times in the middle of the night: the mattresses in both rooms we reserved were of low quality and weren't able to manage the heat produced by the body.

Good Location , Very Good staff ...quick checkin n checkout process .... Nice for couple of nights, Breakfast was also Good

Good location near train station, which is what we needed for a quick early morning getaway. Room was very warm and there was a bit too much road noise to have the window open. That was the only slight niggle (other than the headache inducing colour scheme in the hallways!!)

The staff are very friendly and extra-helpful. The breakfast is great - delicious, filling and quite diverse. The hotel is very conveniently located within a walking distance from the historical center and the railway station. Thank you for helping me enjoy my stay in Munster to the fullest

Modern room, friendly staff, breakfast with enough choices, comfortable mattress, great location, room had good size with a small table and chair

Soft pillows, big hole in towel, more shelves or closet would be nice
