Clean modern hotel with a good vibe, bus station near buy for easy trip to downtown

We loved the industrial feel of the hotel, it was quirky yet not over the top. The suite we had was spacious clean and warm.The restaurant around the hotel were excellent and the location was a flat 20 minute walk into the centre

Good room and bathroom, together with comprehensive breakfast buffet. Easy parking and easy to find. 20 minute walk into old town. Staff very helpful with a problem we had.

Sadly one of us had a nasty fall, which necessitated hospital treatment. Clearly in no way the fault of the hotel, but equally it did mar our visit to Munster. St Franzicus Hospital in Munster was excellent.

The industrial design is really cool and matches the hotel name and the pictures online. The bed was quite big and comfortable. The area around the hotel is full of restaurants and there’s a supermarket too.

The quality-price ratio is too skewed, we payed 150€ for one night basically just for the room. No breakfast included (that’s 21€ per person!!), not even the parking, just two small water bottles that luckily are provided by the hotel. It’s also 30 min walking from the city, or 20 by bus. For this price, I don’t think it’s worth it. I wouldn’t book it again.

My sister and I came on a trip down memory lane because as children we lived opposite what used to be the Germania Brewery. We were curious of how it was redeveloped so decided to stay at The Factory Hotel and we weren’t disappointed! We loved how the history of the old buildings have been preserved and integrated with the new. It’s a lovely place to stay, we really enjoyed it and the complex with its shops and restaurants is a lovely place to explore!

Nice modern interior design, large room with balcony. Bar with really good coffee.

The broader area is quite trafficy.

I like the spacious rooms, the overall architecture (an old brewery), the concept of a "sustainable" hotel, the uncomplicated way of organising everything around your stay

Extremely clean. Lots of food options. Cool repurposed building. Big rooms with high ceilings.

The location is a little ways from the center but there is a bus stop nearby. You do have to pay for parking, unfortunately.

Far away from the center. Nice sorrounding. Wooden floors in the rooms were super! Own balcony was nice but there should have been at least one chair there.

No fridge in the room. Restaurant closed quite early.

We liked the style of the property, beds were very comfy and staff super friendly. They helped us save a wedding surprise by printing something for us :)

I booked this hotel because of the location. I liked the size of the room, but it didn't have anyplace to comfortably sit while watching tv.

I have never heard of a hotel not having wash cloths. I guess I am suppose to bring my own. I wasn't aware of this and thought for the price I was paying it would be provided

The staff were very friendly and the service was very good. The property was clean, modern and well maintained.

The property is a bit of a walk from the city centre but there are lots of restaurants, bars and sports facilities nearby.
